Sunset Cove 10 is a bayside townhouse. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome has a furnished balcony overlooking the picturesque Assawoman Bay. Bring or rent a boat and dock it right on your own personal pier. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The living room is furnished with a comfortable, leather couch, a matching love seat, a muted red arm chair, and a Smart TV. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Bridging the gap between the living room and the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters and a small island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The dining area is located in an alcove, providing a cozy environment for family meals. Upstairs, you'll find most of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, three chairs, a fireplace, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen-size adjustable bed, a Smart TV, and balcony access. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. On the bottom floor, you'll find the final bedroom and bathroom. The fourth bedroom (den) has a queen futon. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Unit 10 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, pier boat docking, four TVs, DVD player, free WiFi, cable TV, fireplace, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower. 20 minute walk

The property was very nice and the deck was wonderful but it was more than a few blocks to the beach. it actually took 20 minutes to get there and when pulling a wagon with chairs, umbrellas and other beach items that was too far especially if the temp is over 90 and it is very humid. We walked the first day but had to drive the rest of the week. Fortunately, parking wasn't too bad and we could actually get within "walking distance". We had expected this to be a family vacation but due to covid-19 it ended up just being 2 of us. It was a nice place for 6 people but too large for 2.
