During the Summer Season enjoy the large outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool (provided for children in diapers), tennis, oceanfront volleyball, visit the beach bar & grill, sandwich shop, convenience store & gift shops, elevators, and a storage locker to store your beach chairs. Please note there is a $75 Non-refundable Golden Sands Building Amenity Fee Required.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Parking spot for 1 car. Property rents any 3 nights throughout the year.
No Pets. Smoking & vaping are prohibited in units, on balconies, units and in all common areas, EXCEPT for designated smoking areas. Violators shall be subject to a fine up to $1,000.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
