This popular unit is on the Famous Ocean City Boardwalk in the center of all the action. Come stay at this Belmont Towers unit which boasts of both bay and ocean views, and private off-street gated parking! It sells out every summer, so don't wait - make your reservation today!

June - August: Mini-weeks available check in days being Thursdays or Sundays only. This allows 3 day 4day or 7day stays. 5% discount for 7 night or longer rentals

This beautiful 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom condo offers all the items you want for a perfect vacation! This spacious 1,625 sf. condo has updated living room furniture and flooring. Master with King Bed has a separate sitting area to get away from it all - enjoy the views, watch your favorite show, or relax in the private spa bathroom with a deep jetted tub! Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed & trundle, with access to shared bath with Bedroom 3. This final bedroom has two twin sized bunk beds. We provide a Queen Sofa pull out in the great room for your convenience - comfortable arrangements for max of 10.

This is not your standard OC condo - it offers 9' ceilings, large living area and kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a utility room with full-sized washer and dryer, and unbeatable views of sunsets over the bay, and sunrises over the ocean. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach is right here! This unit has been tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs; there is beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and great room. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all you need to prepare a great meal, place settings for 12, top grade Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances! Full sized refrigerator and freezer is able to store all your supplies. All the expected countertop appliances including Keurig Coffee maker as well as a traditional coffee maker available for your use. When not on the beach enjoy the roof top pool, with more views of the ocean, bay, sunrise, sunsets; there are four beach chairs and one beach umbrella are available for your use.

Entertainment Features of this condo: New 55"flat panel Smart HD TV over gas fireplace, HD Cable Box, Blu-ray player, and theater surround-sound in living room. Turn on the fireplace, have a glass of wine, and put on your favorite movie on cable, Netflix, or Prime!

Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the gated garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries, Fishers Popcorn. All right at your doorstep. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

Had a great time! The location is perfect, beach and bay views. There was plenty of room for all of us to have space. Small hiccup getting in the first day but the host got back to us right away and everything was resolved within minutes.

Such a perfect location and the place was great. You could see the sun rise and set from the balcony, the bay and the ocean. We even were able to see the fireworks from the balcony. I couldnt have asked for anything better. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Boardwalk Rock Festival

The location was great for going back and forth to the festival. Could easily watch and hear the main stage from our balcony.Condo was clean and well laid out for at least eight guests.

Perfect Location for Oceans Calling!

Our family (5 adults and 2) stayed at the condo for the weekend of the Oceans Calling concert. The condo was the perfect location because we could see and hear the Sea Bright stage from the balcony! Nothing better than listening to Dave Matthew’s live from our balcony. The condo was in great shape and we loved it. Would definitely return next year!

Centrally located. Great views. Cozy and inviting. No hassle checking in or out. Parking convenience. Only 5 in our party, very spacious to accommodate more. Never seem to use gym or pool but the location is great!

Ocean City vacation w/family

We have stayed at the Belmont for many years now, with varying satisfaction. This condo was excellent. We usually have a beach view but had to opt for the north view due to availability. Worked great because we were able to watch the Air Show from the balcony. If you like to cook in the condo, this is for you. I believe there was better cooking/ preparing equipment than I have at my home, for example, Ninja blender, coffee makers (kcup and other) etc.... The location is wonderful if you want to be near all the activity, which we do. All in all, excellent. Including the checkin and checkout.

Family and friends weekend get away.

This is our fourth time staying in this condo. There were improvements this year with a working ceiling fan! It condo this year was not as cleaned as it had been in the past three years. The master bedroom and bathroom had a musty smell. The bathroom rug was still very damp when we had arrived. There was also a left over clothing item from the previous vacationers. Although the condo wasn’t as fleas as the previous years it is still an amazing location and suited our family again nicely this year. One other thing to note was there was a bachelorette party in the next condo over and a bachelor party in the condo after that. It did get a bit noisy at night for the kiddos. All in all it was still a very enjoyable successful stay!

What started off as amazing vacation, foiled into absolute disgust and disappointment! Horrible communication by the Best of OC Condo Rentals. I’ll never ever use Best of OC Condo Rentals. They ignored my texts when we started to deal with FOUR HOURS of FIRE ALARMS once every single minute. Every single minute from 10am u til 2pm. The bigger issue was the MAJOR LACK of communication by horrible Best of OC Rentals! They had great communication right up until they didn’t want to deal with unhappy customers. They then ignored me for hours. Looks Elsewhere than Best of OC Rentals

Great Location and Place - Just Needs a few improvements

We had a great stay, tt was a big condo with beautiful decor and a great view of both the beach and bayside. Check in was smooth but note you will not be able to use the code to get in until 3 PM on the dot so don't try and get in a few minutes before that, it wont work. Having access to beach chairs and an umbrella was a lovely extra. The space was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Keep in mind it's close proximity to the boardwalk and a church. You will hear people being very loud late at night and the church bells on Sun mornings. A few things do need improvement however, first of all, the master bedroom had a very strong mildew/musty smell that did not dissipate the entire stay. Secondly, the bottom mattress in the bunk was very worn and so sunken in on one side that we had to flip the entire thing around for it to be usable. Even with that, it was very uncomfortable especially for an older person and it caused a lot of back pain. It needs to be replaced. The other main issue was that for such a nice large balcony, there were only two deck chairs for use and they were the high top type chairs. Not very accessible for anyone with a disability or mobility issues. It was disappointing to have such a large place that could fit up to 10 or so people, but only chairs for two on the large balcony. I would recommend buying some more deck chairs for the deck to be more family friendly. All in all it was a great stay at a great location and we had a great time.

Great condo

We loved the condo. It was very clean, updated, and secure. Although you are right in the center of the action we didn’t hear much inside and were not disturbed while sleeping. The one con is one of the parking spots is almost unusable if someone is in the 408 spot as it’s perpendicular to one of the spots that comes with the condo. It wasn’t an issue for us since we had only one car and the other spot was much better. Overall would book again in an instant.

AH-MAZING location... pure perfection!

Very Nice

Owners are very friendly, the place is well maintained and good sized. The parking and storage locker all make it all very convenient. The area that it's in is very busy, almost citylike with early morning noise, so just make sure this is the area that you want to be in. If it is, I don't see how you could not be pleased with the accommodations.

Bellmont towers is located right on the boardwalk and is easily accessible to everything ocean city has to offer. This place was clean and spacious for our large family. The balcony connects to all rooms. All rooms are beautifully decorated. The pool is great. Parking for 2 vehicles which again is easily accessible. The place also has a storage unit with beach chairs so you don’t have to bring your own. This place is absolutely wonderful and I would stay again and recommend it!!!

Great beach getaway

We loved this property. We have been staying at Belmont towers 4 different times and I just absolutely loved this place. Everything you needed in the kitchen the best was the views from the living room to bedroom !
