  • Condominio de una habitación / un baño ubicado en la calle 114. Una de las raras vistas en Ocean City con una vista al mar y a la bahía que es absolutamente impresionante. Este condominio está ubicado en el piso 11 con 3 ascensores de alta velocidad.

    El condominio duerme seis, que tiene dos camas de tamaño completo en la habitación y un sofá de matrimonio en la sala de estar. Tiene una cocina completa, televisión por cable en la sala de estar y el dormitorio, lavadora / secadora, aire acondicionado y reproductor de DVD.

    El balcón del océano tiene un recinto completo con ventanas que se pueden abrir y brinda una brisa relajante.

    El edificio tiene una gran terraza exterior con mesas, sillas y sillones. Cuenta con una piscina al aire libre y duchas a pocos pasos de la playa. El nivel de la piscina tiene baños para su conveniencia. El entretenimiento, el restaurante y la parada de autobús están al otro lado de la calle, junto con el centro comercial Gold Coast y los supermercados a solo unas cuadras de distancia.

    El edificio cuenta con estacionamiento con una tarifa de registro de $ 35 y wifi con una tarifa mínima.

Wonderful condo and location! The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. The place is clean and well stocked. Truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

This is the second year in a row that we stayed in this unit. It was very clean and spacious. The proximity & view of the beach was awesome. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to OCMD.

Loved the accommodations, pool, and beach access. Very clean from the moment you stepped inside. Condo views were amazing and weather was great for our week’s stay. Communication went above our expectations: before, during, and after our stay. Definitely recommend this condo.

Very clean condo in a great location right on the beach. The owner was amazing to work with and very communicative. The condo balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The balcony is enclosed, which makes it difficult to sit out there because of the heat generated by the window AC making that room hot. The condo is very spacious so that room wasn't needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved our short stay

One of the best

This is one of the best rentals I've ever stayed in. There was a view out the back and out the front which was nice. The place was clean, had all the essentials that were needed and good location. Definitely hoping to go back sometime.
