Sit back and relax on your oceanfront balcony overlooking the ocean and boardwalk below. This updated and modern 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath corner unit with lots of natural light. The condo has all new stainless-steel appliances, new furniture, and decor to make your stay a memorable one.



Oceanfront and right in the middle of the beautiful Ocean City boardwalk.

This 12th Street location is a great place to hear the sounds of the ocean. This 3rd-floor condo has extensive views of the ocean and is just high enough for privacy but low enough for people watching below.

The open floor plan has 2 full beds in the bedroom and a queen-size pullout sofa bed. The bathroom has a very spacious walk-in shower.



The Decatur House is a wonderful building to vacation in with a private indoor pool, elevator, and one assigned parking space, and located close to restaurants, stores, entertainment, and all that downtown Ocean City



Condo is equipped with blazing download speeds of up to 600 MBPS. Additionally, there are 2 streaming TVs with worry-free guest modes so feel free to download all your favorite apps for entertainment. Simply enter your checkout date and the TV will automatically log you out of all your apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. when you check out.

Short get away

Arrived on Thursday, loved location! Unit was perfect for the two of us, close to everything. Here for our grandson’s basketball tournament. Easy access to everything. Would absolutely stay here again.

Love Decatur House

Great location. This is our third stay at Decatur house, all in different condos. This end unit was bright and fairly updated. Sheets, mattresses and pillows had stains. Even a couple of the “clean” linens provided were stained. Not much closet space, as the main closet was locked. All four plastic chairs on the balcony were broken. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been… bleach would go a long way.
