"The staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast area seating is limited and choices include waffles, toasted bread, corn flakes. Area is nicely located on the route to White Sands and Cloudcroft. They also give you the sleds for free if you ask at the front desk. Overall satisfied with the experience."

"We loved the classiness of the hotel generally. They've done a good job of maintaining the vintage character of the place, without being prohibitive in terms of cost. That being said, it is due for a slight makeover, especially the room itself (the lobby is beautiful). Also, it's fine if there's no elevator, but as long as this is the case, a bellhop really is necessary (and would have been available in the old days, I am sure). "

"The Inn was in a great location. It ended up being right next door to the venue for the wedding we were attending. They provided the code and instructions to enter less than an hour before our check in time though text message. Super convenient. All we had to do to check out was reply by text. No fuss.
