I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM. No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes to check me in. No apologies were given. We enjoy staying here! The resort does show some age. Our mattress caved in a bit in the middle, sheets are not soft, one of the onsite restaurants is closed, and the other is ok, but not the best food we've had. The onsite bakery is tasty! Staff is always friendly!
