Kayak at your own pace along the river or out on the lake. Painted turtles sun themselves on rocks and the only sounds are gentle waves against the shoreline, wind in the trees and your paddles in the water. Single, double kayaks and canoes, suitable for families and equipped with a map of the waterways. Well worth it.
Keji inland National Park is an excellent place for canoeing. Plenty of islands, brooks, and streams to explore.

This hemlock tree was spotted along the 5km loop trail called "Hemlocks and Hardwoods". It is an easy trail showcasing some of Nova Scotia's oldest trees. Keji has some nice campgrounds and since it is a National Park, the services are pretty decent. #nationalpark #hiking #takeahike
Hire a kayak or canoe from Whynot Adventurers and spend time paddling up the river and on the lake to stunning views
