"Everything about our stay here was great. The staff were very helpful and caring. The room itself was outstanding - even had a view of York Minster. There was a tea service in the room including cookies and chocolates.The breakfast was the typical English breakfast which is a lot of food and it was all delicious. I would gladly stay here again."

"Amazing accommodation in a fantastic location and incredible value for money. I was worried how the check in process would be, with it being an apartment but it was seamless just like a hotel. It was a little bit tricky to find but we went to the Quebec hotel and they directed us. Highly recommend."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"Super convenient location and well done out from recent refurb. Exterior of the building needs some attention especially the windows where they let so much wind in and makes a noise. This didn’t effect our nights sleep."
