  • Come watch the sun rise from the comfort of your bed and enjoy the sunset over Provincetown and Cape Cod Bay from your private deck at dusk. This studio cottage was built in the 1930s for Portuguese fishermen. Revel in its old world charm and history while benefiting from its updates and amenities. Authentic wooden beams and floor add to its rustic roots. Window A/C unit, roomy bathroom. Kitchenette with stainless steel sink. Full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glassware, flatware, and of course a lobster pot! Take a million dollar stroll down the beach all the way to Provincetown if you like. Or catch the nearby shuttle. Join in on the cottage colony atmosphere on the beach! Bring your beach towel and we provide the rest!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! We had a relaxing few days. The sound of the waves were amazing at night! The cottage is perfect for two.

We had an excellent stay at this cozy cottage by the beach! It was exactly what I was looking for when booking. The beach front privacy was excellent and so close to town! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to the Cape! Excellent hosts, excellent town, excellent stay!

Location, location, location. It was a wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Paul and Michele were very happy to help and had quick responses with any questions I sent them. I would definitely recommend to stay at Sea Perch!!

It is a lovely spot with everything you might need. But it is a super tight squeeze. Lots of stuff “tchotchkes “ that could be cleared out for the summer. Otherwise super outdoor seating for ocean viewing and a nice shady spot on the side. Thanks to our hosts!

Sea Perch is breathtaking and our most favorite vacation spot. The cottage is perfect for the two of us and very cozy, absolutely love it!

Nice location cottage was cute and decorated with amazing artifacts and very clean but overall came off as crowded dated and not very comfortable so I didn't spend much time there but that was OK because it gave me plenty of time to explore the natural beauty of Cape Cod

Perfect get-away

This cozy cottage was just what we were looking for for our anniversary get-away. Right on the water, close to lots of options for things to do. Check-in was easy and the owners were quick to respond to questions.

Best weekend getaway

My girlfriend and I enjoyed every minute of our time at The Sea Perch. The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We loved the ambiance of the cottage and we would love to make this an anual vacation.

Cape Escape

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Sea Perch! So special to stay right on the beach in your cozy cottage, and so close to Provincetown, National Sea shore and the best lobster rolls down the street at Day’s Market and Deli. Thank you Michele!

The interior is cozy and eclectic. View of the bay. The bed is good; the kitchen a bit improvised but it works. Good wifi on a rainy day. Close to Provincetown and nice beaches.

incredible beach front space

this really is a one room shack but I was easily able to host a couple friends in the space for a couple nights during my stay. The location is great in it’s immediate access to the beach and proximity to ptown and the rest of truro. The shack was very cute, definitely an ideal get away for a couple or a small group of friends who are comfortable with a cozy sleepover. Truly no complaints about this space. I look forward to hopefully returning sometime in the future.

Perfect location

It was in a Great location. Felt like a little window unit would have really helped with the temperature of the cottage in the late afternoon. Easy access to Provincetown and Great restaurants! Paul & Michele are Great hosts, ALWAYS answered me immediately! Have to say it was pretty perfect!

Love that the cottage is right on the beach with beautiful scenery. The cottage was as described -rustic and cute. Michelle was very helpful and friendly. The only concern was the bathroom shower. It was not clean.

Heaven on earth

The cottage was absolutely perfect! It was clean, quaint and had every thing you could need or want. The community is full of welcoming people. We had breakfast lunch and dinner on the beach. Can’t wait to go back! I almost want to leave an awful review so the dates all stay available haha but I can’t because the owners are wonderful and the cottage is perfect!

Wonderful trip!

This was our first trip to the Cape and we loved the views and location. Easy checkin and checkout process. Enjoyed the outdoor areas, walking on the beach and talking with the neighbors. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. We were not inside much at all but the bed could use some attention—it is very unlevel. Had everything we needed for our stay and we sure hated to leave! Perfect vacation!

Cozy, beachfront cottage

Small, cozy cottage - literally in the sand. Good size for 2. Eclectic decor. Well equipped. Great communication with host. Missed having AC as we had very hot and humid weather~ But can’t beat location.
