"Rooms were TINY. Annoyingly, they only do ONE towel per person in a booked room. Japan is summer his hot, and we wanted to take more than one shower a day. Rooms were so small there was essentially no where to even put your bag. Location is neat tho; walking distance to all the action in ..."

"清潔、安全、スタッフ様の対応が完璧。 部屋に大きな鏡があり、靴べらもあり、小さな点に心遣いを感じられます。 部屋のテレビは、YouTubeなど繋げられます。 私の個人の見解は、このホテルは星５つです。 新宿でこのクオリティ、価格は、良い意味でバグです笑 清掃スタッフ様も挨拶をして下さります。 しかしフロントスタッフ様は殆どが日本人の方で、貴方が日本語を話せない場合、ミスコミュニケーションが生じるかと思います。（その現場を見ました） でも、スタッフ様は心からより良い接客を心がけ、あまりにも文化が違う場合疲れてしまう場合もあるかと思います。 この度はありがとうございました。 ..."
