  • Este acogedor apartamento está perfectamente ubicado en Musiciens en el centro de Niza. Aquí tienes proximidad tanto al mar como a la vida de la ciudad, con el genuino
     Y buenos restaurantes, cafés y tiendas.
    El amplio y encantador balcón del apartamento, de unos 15 m2, también es una gran ventaja de este apartamento. Tiene orientación sur y sol la mayor parte del día con muy poca transparencia de la casa de enfrente. Hay un toldo para desplegar las horas más calurosas durante el verano. Tanto el dormitorio como el salón tienen acceso directo al balcón. Aquí hay una mesa de comedor para asientos de 6-8 personas, una pequeña mesa de café y una parrilla eléctrica.
    En la acogedora sala de estar hay un sofá cama / sofá cama y un televisor. El comedor, para 6 personas, está ubicado en el espacioso y agradable salón.
    El dormitorio luminoso y fresco tiene una cómoda cama doble y un gran armario.
    La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno, lavavajillas, microondas, etc.
    El baño tiene bañera y es amplio. Hay un calentador de toallas.
    Junto al baño hay un aseo separado.

We loved staying here! The host thinks of many details for a good stay, making the apartment feel very homey, a nice change from more corporate and spare rentals. Very close to markets, the train station (but out of earshot), tram, the beach and promenade, restaurants, buses to major museums. Glorious mornings on the balcony, with good blinds and ac for sleeping. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely well equipped apartment, large balcony, air conditioning, in a good location with shops, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Public transport, (bus, tram and rail) connections all within a short walking distance.

Malin is a very responsive and helpful host.The apartment is charming and the balcony lovely.The location is a big plus as it is easy walking distance to the train station and to other public transit. There is also a grocery store across the street and more shops and restaurants nearby.

Fanatic apartment with all the amenities in Nice. Spacious, fully equipped with many extras. Loved the balcony for morning coffee and apero time. Clean, comfortable and great location.

Can highly recommend this apartment, in a central spot in Nice. We wanted to be able to walk from rail station and also into old town/beach and yet stay in a non touristy area. Marlin’s apartment offered all this. Plus with the heatwave conditions, very pleased to say excellent air conditioning. Bed was comfortable as was pull out bed which was good enough for an adult to sleep on. Terrace was lovely for breakfast, lift welcome and supermarket across street. I didn’t get to meet Marlin, but her communication was excellent! Thanks for a lovely stay in Nice!

The property was conveniently located near the train station and the old town. The neighborhood was very safe. There were many excellent restaurants and bakeries nearby. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony. The apartment was quiet and had wonderful sun exposure. It was fully stocked with towels, blankets, sheets, and kitchenware, including pots, pans, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was well-proportioned, and the shower was suitable. The host was very helpful and easily available for any questions.

On sixth flour ( US) so nice view of sky and away from street noise. Very light and sunny and private. Host very welcoming. Within 20 minute walk to old town and 15 minutes to beach and Prom. Very comfortable in January.

Central location lovely balcony

We had a wonderful stay here in August. Great location to get to beach and markets and plenty of shops and restaurants everywhere! Malin and Jonas made the checking in and out seamless and were very flexible. We highly recommend staying here.

Treasure in Nice

This was a lovely apartment that was extremely well located. The host was there to meet us at the agreed upon time and was easy to communicate with during the stay. Nice is a gorgeous city with so much to see and enjoy. Strongly recommend this property if you are lucky enough to visit!

Loved the location. The apartment was very cozy and the balcony was lovely. Felt very safe and relaxed in a neighborhood friendly area. The owners were very helpful and communicating was easy. Wish there was a second bedroom just in case I was to return with more than one person. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place!

Malin was patient and gave us clear instructions about the rules! The place had many useful supplies, comfortable bed/futon, and was located in a beautiful spot in Nice. My favorite was the balcony! We really enjoyed our trip and are so glad to have stayed here!

So much room!

This apartment is exactly as pictured! The balcony is outstanding, and the space is so large! Communication was wonderful with check-in and out and some wonderful information too! If we are ever in Nice, we will definitely stay here again!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Thiers

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser wundervollen Wohnung: Gute Lage: zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Meer und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.Toller Balkon, sehr gute Ausstattung, gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen und last but not least: sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our stay in Nice at Malin's flat was outstanding! Malin met us outside the building upon check-in and showed us around. We found Malin very responsive. The location of the flat is great and within walking distance to everything. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything necessary for a good vacation. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was quite hot outside during our stay. The balcony is pleasant, so was location- easy walk to the beach and public transportation, grocery store right across the street, overall very good value. Malin was a great host, helpful, good communication.
