  • Nos especializamos en pequeños descansos ...... este es el apartamento para una escapada romántica con su ser querido. Con vistas desde el balcón en la Rue Rossetti (calle más famosa de la antigua Niza) - la catedral bellamente abovedado en un extremo y el tranquilo Colline du Chateau, en el otro - esto es un refugio más agradable para parejas. Este segundo piso se enfrenta y con mucha luz, totalmente de doble acristalamiento y maravillosamente equipada, perfecta para su escapada al sol sur. Situado en el corazón del casco antiguo, con sus bares, cafés, galerías, tiendas y restaurantes se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie de la playa. Hay una amplia sala de cocina / comedor con ventanas francesas que dan a la terraza, una sala de estar separada con un altillo encima de la vivienda con una cama doble (colchón de lujo Tempur que se amolda a la forma de su cuerpo y que garantiza la comodidad y el apoyo durante toda la noche , un cuarto de baño con WC, bañera y ducha.


    Lo que un gran destino: El maravilloso clima y el encanto de su ajuste han hecho que Niza "la Reina de la Riviera" ha sido un destino turístico número uno consistente durante más de dos siglos. Cerca de Mónaco, Cannes, los exóticos jardines de Eze, la villa Ephrussi-de-Rothschild e Italia para excursiones de un día, Niza, hoy en día es un sofisticado, ciudad vibrante y cosmopolita. Los aristócratas y la "gente guapa" todavía vienen a disfrutar de los restaurantes de lujo, discotecas, casinos y tiendas de diseño. Charming apartment in a great location!

Check-in was a breeze and my stay in the apartment was lovely. The location was ideal - there was so much to see and do in Old Town. It was perfect for one person or two!

Perfect base to explore Nice

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Lovely and tidy, well equipped, an easy check-in from our host (and great communication throughout) and an unbeatable location in the heart of the old town. Would definitely recommend it!

Charmerende lejlighed med fantastisk beliggenhed lige midt i hjertet af Vieux Nice. Gåafstand til det meste. Lækre restauranter, bagerier og specialforretninger lige om hjørnet. Ren og pæn lejlighed med nem og imødekommende check-in. Vi kommer gerne igen :-)

We had a good time in this appartement. It is located in the city center in a street with two clubs - so there was party until 5.30 in the morning...

The apartment was in the perfect location for exploring old town in Nice. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The only downside was how hot the sleeping area was at night, the AC unit wasn't enough to cool it.

Location was great! Stair to apartment and up to bed loft were intimidating. Air Conditioning was barely adequate in early to mid July. Close to beach! Good food recommendations from the manager.

This was a very cute lofted apartment. It is very spacious and had all necessary amenities. It was also amazing to have a window AC unit in the summer heat wave in South of France. I would greatly recommend staying in this cute apartment. It exceeded expectations.

Great location

Great little apartment, right in the center of Old Town Nice, 8 min walk to beach. No beach towels, so take some with you, shower was not great, it would not stay up on the wall in holder, leaked over the screen door. Other than that, Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Old Town of Nice - has to be seen!

This was our third stay with Yourniceapartment.com and as usual you didn’t disappoint. We love the wine on arrival, the local coffee, the security of an apartment manager on call who meets you when you arrive and the fact that your apartments are all so beautiful I want to stay in each one and if I could convince my husband we would be back each month to do that!

Super Lage! Mitten in der quirligen Altstadt liegt die kleine gemütliche Wohnung. Man schläft sehr gut in dem Hochbett, jedoch ist es sowohl unter der Woche als auch am Wochenende sehr sehr laut bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Man hat sowohl Ausgehmöglichkeiten (Bars und Restaurants) als auch Kultur und den wunderschönen azurblauen Strand in der Nähe. Für einen Stadturlaub optimal!

Juliette, Old Nice

Loved our stay in this cute little appartment in centre of Old Nice. It was quaint, quirky and cosy in October with all mod cons required for comfort. Really appreciated a relaxing bath by candlelight after days walking around and powerful shower to wake you up in the morning. Everything in flat was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

A wonderful apartment - comfortable (A/C was a nice touch), spacious, and the balcony was the star of the show! My boyfriend is tall and the upstairs loft/bedroom was not an issue at all. Informative and personable in person check in, and the apartment manager was always available via text with questions. My only request would be beach towels. I would recommend this space for anyone staying in Nice!.

My husband and I loved staying at the Juliette apartment! We loved sitting on the balcony to read, eat, drink and people watch! We loved being right in the middle of all the action. One of my favorite memories was sitting on the balcony and suddenly hearing a wonderful violinist play in front of the church! Lovely!The apartment was very sound proof! Even though we were right by a few places that had live music, we never had an issue with noise once we were inside with the windows shut (and the fan helped, too!) We had the most helpful host, Faith! We got a little lost finding the place after getting off the tram and she came and found us and she carried my suitcase up the stairs! My husband and I are both 63 years old, so we got our exercise for sure, but we managed! The restaurants, cafes, shops, bars and ice cream shops are abundant and the streets are very clean!! We loved Old Town Nice! You can walk to a beautiful beach within 10 min, easy walk! The fresh market is amazing too, which is right on the way to the beach. We should have had more Euros for the market and to tip street musicians! There’s a very handy Irish Bar, basically right out the front door that we enjoyed! One of the few places my husband could find Bacardi Silver and Diet Coke! I had the best Long Island ice tea there! I would stay there again for sure if I ever have the chance to go to Nice again! Truly a magical place!

Wonderful Apt. but Noisy

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The apt was centrally located and had everything we needed, even a washing machine. Our host left us a bottle of wine and yummy chips as a welcome gift - so kind. Our only issue was the bar across the street opened at 9 pm and closed at 4:30am. It was very noisy as people congregated outside to smoke. Made sleeping challenging for us. Maybe wouldn’t bother others though.

Cute place in charming old town Nice

This place was super cute and was just the right size for 2 people. They even included a bottle of wine and some coffee for us which was a nice touch. It is in old town near some pubs, so make sure if you are a light sleeper to bring some ear plugs or have a sound app on your phone. Additionally this is not the place for someone that cannot deal with some pretty steep stairs. Luckily it is on the 1st floor, but these stairs are not for the feint of heart. The property manager was so nice and accommodating. We had a question at one point and she immediately got back to us. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a stay in old town Nice.

Apartment damp, cold and very poorly maintained. Duct tape over broken windows, sockets hanging out of walls, paint damp and peeling off walls. We had to find alternative accommodation, on the day, with a different company, at our own expense. As if this wasn’t bad enough on the first day of our holiday, Vrbo have been worse than useless in dealing with our refusal to take an alternative (equally poorly maintained) apartment and are refusing to even discuss any compensation for this.They have gone direct to ‘we offered you something else’ and absolved themselves of any responsibility for state of the property.Do not use this company. I would rate lower than 1 star if it was an option. They are absolutely NOT interested in you as a customer and are all about the money. STAY AWAY.

Great location!

We had an amazing time! The bed was really comfortable, the curtains were very dark, the street noise was not bad with all windows closed, the AC unit was a lifesaver, location was AMAZING. We got great use out of the Nespresso machine, iron, and washing machine. All a huge bonus! The mini fridge was more than adequate. We would have loved to have had a beach blanket/towels available as we came with carry on only and didn’t have room to pack our own. Just a note if you plan to head to the beach. We felt very safe in the building, but definitely be aware of your surrounding within Old Town, especially young females. We made sure to have the main door completely closed and locked every time before we went up the stairs. Also note the stairs are all different depths and heights, so just be aware when walking up and watch your step! It was 34 steps that were not bad at all once you got used to the different sizes (the second down from the first floor is significantly higher than all the others). Overall a great stay and we would definitely return!

Nothing is completely ideal - even though this comes close

This apartment is perfect as a base for exploring Nice and the surroundings. Eventhough it is a smaller apartment, the bathroom is spacious enough, the kitchen allows cooking (although there is an abundance of restaurants literally at the bottom of the stairs) The apartment has a south facing balcony where you can sit in sunshine and enjoy the hustle of people below). Car traffic is very limited, as the streets are narrow. Our contact Rommelyn was perfect. Throrough check-in, giving recommendations for restaurants, and she did a great job trying to fix things when the street door blocked. The apartment is great and We would use it again....... But you need to be aware that the street host a few bars, and the street noise of partying people can last until 3 - 4 in the morning. Next time we bring ear plug. That is the price for renting in the old town, so central.
