Un apartamento perfectamente ubicado, totalmente reformado, con aire acondicionado completo. Está en el segundo piso sin ascensor, pero la escalera es amplia y poco profunda, ya que hay medio aterrizaje, lo que hace que sea muy fácil negociar. El apartamento tiene dos dormitorios iguales, dobles, una cama para una quinta persona se puede proporcionar con un colchón de aire. El apartamento tiene Wifi gratis, TV HD de 42 ", reproductor Blue Ray con una gran selección de discos de películas y discos compactos. Cocina americana totalmente equipada con cocina, horno microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora secadora, nevera y pequeño congelador. Mesa de comedor de roble y asientos para 6 personas. Propiedad inglesa y es nuestro segundo hogar. Amplio espacio de almacenamiento para ropa y maletas. En el baño hay lavamanos para él y para ella, cabina de ducha, inodoro y bañera de esquina (inusual para apartamentos franceses). También hay un WC separado, conveniente para 2 pero esencial para 4 o más personas. Las habitaciones están en la parte trasera del apartamento y dan a un patio que es muy tranquilo, por lo que es posible dormir sin perturbaciones con las ventanas abiertas durante la noche. Desde una de las ventanas del salón se puede ver la entrada al recientemente inaugurado Coulee Verte. Place Garibaldi es el centro neurálgico de los cafés, el transporte, los autobuses y el tranvía al aeropuerto, la estación, Mónaco y muchos otros lugares en el camino. La ubicación tiene la ventaja de estar cerca del casco antiguo sin el ruido nocturno de juerguistas. Si le gusta el marisco fresco, entonces el mundialmente famoso Café de Turín se encuentra en el próximo edificio, reserve con anticipación para evitar decepciones. Las ventanas de doble acristalamiento son realmente eficientes para bloquear el ruido del exterior, por lo que puede disfrutar del apartamento en total paz y tranquilidad.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbarem Appartement war auch dieses Mal sehr schön. Die Lage des Appartements ist nach wie vor unbezahlbar, alles was für uns wichtig ist, ist sehr gut erreichbar. Es ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, also es ist alles vorhanden für ein paar entspannte Tage in Nizza.

Location in central Nice close to bus stops is excellent and easily accessible by tram from the airport. Apartment is quite small but has everything required for a short stay in Nice. Although the apartment had been cleaned we found that much of the crockery and cutlery had been put back dirty into the cupboards and needed washing before use. This should be checked prior to arrival, which would make for a much better stay.

A very well situated apartment in the heart of the old city and away from the craze of rue Saint Francois de Paule. We were able to walk and tram to many attractions from this nicely appointed apartment. The apartment featured walls two-foot thick meaning no noise from the bustle of the city. Our hosts provided all that’s need to feel at home and cook meals if you desire. We loved Nice and the surrounding towns - when we return we will rent the apartment again. Oh! And very responsive hosts. Thanks for a great stay.

This was my second stay at this apartment in two consecutive years. I am planning to make it three consecutive stays and years next summer/2026 if not before! Starting with the responsiveness, kindness and helpfulness of the host, I have nothing but superlatives in any description. LOCATION on the edge of the Old Town, directly across from the start of the Papillon Promenade, a large Monoprix grocery market directly across the street, virtually immediate access to two Tram lines (including Line 2 directly to the airport), ten-minute walk through Old Town to the beautiful beaches or to Place Massena, cleanliness, super comfortable beds, fantastic air conditioning, great bathrooms, strong wi-fi, etc., etc. You will not regret your decision!

This was a great location and lovely home! Nice and clean, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with washer/ dryer. No fuss getting in and great travel advice for our trip. Only 10 min from the beach and steps from the tram from the airport. Would definitely stay again!

Pleasant Stay in Nice

We enjoyed our stay. A couple of issues with the TV and DVD player but the host made good by obtaining a subscription to Netflix which we enjoyed. He also threw in a free mid-stay apartment cleaning. Overall, no complaints and we would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Nice.

Property is ideally situated at edge of Old Nice and directly across the street from the Monoprix. Ideal location for exploring the charm of Old Nice and the Port of Nice. Walking distance to the Cours Selaya market and many excellent restaurants and cafes.

Simply the best!!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for me and my friend on our girls trip!! It is centrally located off the tram so not difficult to get to. No elevator which is annoying, but upon arrival the property manager helped me with my bags, which was so very kind! We loved the AC and washer that were available in the unit. This space is perfect for so many reasons!! You won’t be disappointed!

An Absolute Gem

Just back from a lovely break at this apartment. The location is perfect. Its 5 mins from Garibaldi le Chateau metro stop, which goes directly to and from the airport so there was no hassle or costs in arranging taxis. There is a supermarket across the road that has any of the essentials you need and there are restaurants and cafés galore on the doorstep. Its a 10/15 minute walk into the centre but there is plenty of public transport that will take you there. The area is very lively at night but the apartment itself is very quiet. The apartment is absolutely great. It's homely and clean with everything you need. Its also well kitted out with lovely towels and crockery. Even the wine glasses are quality. The owner, Brin, couldnt have been more helpful and responds very quickly to any questions. He also provided directions and information about the local area before we went. Their agent Roxana was at the apartment for our arrival and showed us round. Only consideration is that its on the 2nd floor with no lift so its a bit of a challenge with cases. Otherwise it's pretty much perfect for a stay in Nice and lovely to go back home to after a day out.

Great location. Did I mention great location! Very close to tram to take you everywhere around the city and to trains to neighboring towns. Great neighborhood, everything you need is close by. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Amenities are exactly as described. Would definitely recommend as a great home base to the Côte d’Azur…..oh and the beds were very comfortable.

Great 2BR in Great Location!

Everything about this apartment was perfect, beginning with the 100% accurate picture and description portrayal in the listing. Super comfortable, spacious 2BR. Really good having the extra half-bath. Huge full bathroom with shower and tub. Awesome air-conditioning. Location could not be better - right off Place Garibaldi, on the step of the Old Town entrance, across from the start of the Papillon Promenade, a big Monoprix grocery directly across the street, virtually immediate access to both Lines 1 and 2 of the tram. Very helpful and communicative host and local cleaning crew. Do not hesitate!

Great location but a little worn. Needs refreshing,needs new dining & coffee table, chairs and pans.

We've just stayed here with our kids and it was okay. It was very clean though but needs new bits, as above. No lift, so climbing stairs on hot days and with luggage challenging. Supermarket just across the street,which was great and Garibaldi tram just around the corner with port near by too. Can't fault the location, just attention needed to the apartment itself to refresh. Great location and convenient to Old Town and transportation

I stayed with my adult daughter and adult granddaughter. The apartment is conveniently located to Old Town, restaurants and a market across the street. There were several bakeries about a block away for pastries. There were also several restaurants very close. The beach is within walking distance and transportation very close. The air conditioning was excellent and needed as it was hot during our stay. Check in process was easy. The 1/2 bath was nice since there were 3 of use. The apartment was very clean with the exception of 1 toilet bowl but I cleaned it and didn't say anything to the owner. The owner was very responsive to my messages. There are about 3 flights of stairs and no lift. The person who let us into the apartment helped with my luggage. The stairs were really not a concern except the first day with the luggage. I would stay there again.

Great apartment in an excellent location

This was a second visit to the apartment in Nice and once again it was a great experience. Brin was available to answer any queries and confirm details before arrival and we had both his contact details and the local contact should we have needed them. The apartment was again clean with all we needed for basic meals (there is a microwave/combi oven but we didn’t use this) and a hob. The wifi and TV all worked perfectly when needed. The location cannot be faulted – it is so easy to get the tram from the airport, with the apartment less than a 5 minute walk from the tram station. On the other tram line, the stop is just as close and gets you to the station in 20 minutes max. Be aware that the ticket inspectors are very active on the trams and even if you have a weekly pass (highly recommend the Pass Sud Azur Explore) you need to tap in before you join or on the tram. The port is a short walk away, and within 2 minutes you can be in the centre of the Old Town. Recommend the Boulangerie Blanc which is less than 5 minute walk down Rue Cassini. Sentimi was also a great find for good Italian food on Place Garibaldi. We would definitely stay again!
