  • Relájese en esta hermosa casa unifamiliar con un patio delantero de gran tamaño completo con mesa de comedor al aire libre con capacidad para 10 y sombrilla sombrilla de mercado. Hay muebles de patio para descansar al aire libre en el dormitorio principal y otro dormitorio en el segundo piso también. Cocina remodelada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Hay 3 asientos de cocina. Con camas para hasta 12 personas, esta casa puede acomodar fácilmente a toda su familia.

    Idealmente ubicado a solo unos pasos del nuevo Lido Village Waterfront, así como del supermercado local Vons / Pavilions en la calle 32. El índice de caminabilidad está fuera de la tabla con decenas de bares y restaurantes a 3 minutos a pie. Starbucks y el cine Lido están al otro lado de la calle y la playa está a unos 6-7 minutos a pie. Disfrutará del vecindario tranquilo, así como de los grandes espacios de vida en la propiedad. A un precio muy razonable, esperamos que disfrute de esta casa lejos de casa y tenga unas vacaciones espectaculares en Newport Beach. Incluye 2 plazas de aparcamiento en el garaje para dos coches. Very spacious and looks as pretty as the pictures! Kitchen utensils and plates are pretty and like new. Upstairs bedrooms have double paned windows which kept things pretty quiet. The management company was really easy to work with. Would stay again!

Awesome House! Fantastic location.

House was clean and a perfect stay for our wedding party group. Highly recommend this spot!

Loved this house!

We booked this last minute to enjoy the end of our vacation. It was a great size for two big families with young kids. Beds were comfortable and I loved that they were all upstairs. Floors were a bit sandy but still a 5* for cleanliness from me - it's a beach house, not a hotel! A little sand never hurt anybody :D Well stocked and we loved the location. Not a far walk from the beach but right in the middle of shops/restaurants. We hope to come back again soon!

Host was great. Place worked out just fine for World Cup trip. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 littles! Things I wish I knew (so I give to you).- No A/C but every room had an over head or box fan. It was stuffy without doors / windows open. Ocean breeze and fans made it manageable. We run hot and we’re worried but it was just fine in June.- 8 minute walk to 32nd street beach access. Easy even with the little kids.- Grocery store, shopping, plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. - As of June 2026 there WAS an awesome beach wagon with chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, sand toys. The professional host company couldn’t tell us if there was anything there to use but as of now… there is. - There were NO beach towels (had to buy some that we left for the next guests). Kind of a bummer for the extra we paid for World Cup premium. Note* plenty of regular towels for bathing. - Kitchen was well stocked and had a few basic spices, oils- No baby stuff. No high chair, pack n play, etc. plan to bring / buy / rent. - Definitely not a 2 car garage. If you have a second vehicle plan to battle it out for the little amount of street parking there is. House has a small parking lot next door that says for the shops only. We didn’t dare use it / get towed. - The gas station and a few small businesses are directly behind the house that do bring some morning/night traffic & noise. Wasn’t horrible, didn’t wake our kids but we did notice it. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Clubhouse home is amazing. Perfect for our large, and growing, family. It was super well stocked with everything we needed. I packed some pans and baking dishes and spices, definitely didn’t need to. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more. Some rentals barely have enough plates for the number the home sleeps but this house has extras of everything. The location was perfect, once we parked we only used our car once. The beach isn’t super close but even our two year old granddaughters were able to ride their bikes to the beach. The only negative was that the floors were quite dusty but I believe that had to do with the construction going on next door. We would enjoy a fire pit out on the patio, there is plenty of room even with the large table, chairs and bbq.We will be back.

Nice family vacation rental

Reviewer Comments: With 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, family room, and outdoor seating area for family meals, this place easily handled our adult family of 6. We were in the area for a family wedding, and this vacation rental was a great experience vs renting 4 hotel rooms to accommodate our family traveling from 3 different states - and allowed us to make breakfast every morning before heading out for the day. We used the grill one evening and entertained other family members who were jealous vs the hotels they were staying at. Proximity to grocery store, restaurants and beach was great. While it didn't affect our stay, recommend the owners install air conditioning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids. The space worked really well and the location is great. The kitchen is well stocked. We were disappointed to find out that the fireplace was for owner use only. Would have been nice to use the fireplace and a nice addition would be a heating element on the patio for colder months. The washing machine didn’t work very well and left Tide pod residue on our clothes. The house is in a great location and is a 3 minute walk to the grocery store and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach in the area is nice and close to the pier and many places to eat. The house is updated and patio space is nice. The neighborhood is a little noisy (house is off a busy road behind a gas station) but it didn’t affect our stay. Just might not be the best if you are looking for something quiet. Overall a great place!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Pictures did not match reality. House was dirtier than we had hoped. Appliances and other "things" were outdated and/or not functional. Construction was difficult to deal with as well. Overall, we were a bit disappointed and would probably look elsewhere if we were going to stay in Newport again.

Family Fun at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 11 traveled from Seattle to Newport Beach for my niece’s wedding. We decided to all stay in a big house close to the beach . I have 5 grandkids under the age of 5, so location was important everything within walking distance . There were two great parks close by and the boardwalk and the BEACH! Our house had lots of sand toys, chairs, blankets and the best item a beach wagon with big wheels to pull the kids along. There were even bikes. The house was big and open with 4 berms and two baths. The sun on the patio and bbq area was so pleasant for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the sun in the afternoon.

Construction Zone 2021- plan accordingly

VBRO listing disclosed construction hours on the last line; I take responsibility for not inquiring further. Construction next door, three feet away, was the catalyst for the single star review for our December 2020 stay. Sawdust rained on our attempted BBQ on the spacious and perfectly designed patio. Go into the purchase knowing weekdays everyone will be awake at 7 am and the vibration of power tools continues to 5 pm. Plan your weekdays OUT. Our family of seven sought an isolation vacation, this was a great house in amazing location. Four comfortable rooms with wide open space downstairs. The entire family snuggled in front of movies at night. We utilized the three bikes as well as walks to beach, piers, Balboa Island, Pavilions, sunsets and toured the canal homes. Never had to drive. Garage fits two cars.

Great location, great for families

The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, silverware. Nothing was missing for us to make a traditional family thanksgiving meal for a large group. Plenty of towels. Everything clean. Walkable to the beach, grocery and restaurants and bars. Only constructive criticism is to start updating the mattresses. We would highly recommend this property.

The 4 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 rooms sharing the upstairs patio. This property has clearly been updated you have all of the conveniences you are accustomed to - ie refrigerator, washer and dryer etc. This house is located in an area close to restaurants and the garage makes a huge difference- so convenient. The owners provided some beach supplies (the amazing beach is within walking distance- about 5 minutes) which saved us from renting. We spent a lot of time on the front patio because it was so relaxing. I felt very "at home" at this property.There was an issue while we were there, and the staff was very helpful. Staff members were easy to contact and work very hard to ensure that you to have a great vacation.
