-Bedroom 1 - (1) Queen Bed, small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, private entrance, TV, and separate patio deck. This bedroom opens to the main house but can also be locked off with its own entrance for privacy.

Newport Park on 52nd is complete with children's Jungle Gyms, Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

Located on 36th St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach boardwalk right out front on 36th.

From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.

We Rented unit BC for the weekend while staying in Newport to attend a family funeral. Based off the listing and pictures, we were originally under the impression that the entire house would be ours, but Unit A is the entire lower level, while units BC is the upper level, And during our stay Unit A was rented out to other tenants. Normally i wouldn’t care about this, but This made it extremely unpleasant as the Unit A tenants were very very loud once 5pm hit up until about 1am on both nights of our stay. Forget about a good nights sleep when you have Tarzan singing throughout the night. The only other downside was ants. The first day we had seen a trail by the outside gate as well as some in the kitchen, there were ant traps laid out throughout the house. By day 2 more ants appeared in the kitchen and bedrooms. I mentioned this to someone over the phone with tower 17 properties but they did not seem to really acknowledge the concern and said that with the rain it brings out the ants from the foundation. While i understand what she said on the phone having hundreds of ants in multiple beds is a major concern and isn’t just a foundation problem. Overall, location wise it was great and near by a lot! Very Short Walking distance to a grass patch/park for a doggy relief area. Parking can be difficult with multiple cars, but we were lucky to find street parking out front.

This property has a fantastic location! The ease of check in and check out was easy. Some deferred maintenance on the property, but we were spending time outside and in the beautiful beach so it wasn’t a huge problem. Very spacious property and lots of beach items for use in the garage.

On short notice, we needed to travel to Newport Beach area. This property gave us the space and location that we needed. There was good communication by management all along the way.

Great place to stay with family. Had beach toys, chairs, and lots of towels for the easy trip to the beach. Convenient to restaurants in Newport Beach as well. House was clean and worked well for multiple people.

Location is wonderful, convenient to everything. Literally a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Loved that we could walk all the way down to the pier from this location and it wasn’t too far. As most beach communities, parking is always a challenge—but otherwise the neighborhood is great.
