"The fittings felt tired, the carpet in the corridor was actually filthy with stains and bits everywhere. Quite shocking actually for a 4 star hotel. More of a 3 star. "

"Me and my guest were given complementary breakfast passes for my birthday, which was a really nice gesture. However, when me and my guest went to see what the breakfast was the worker there singled me and my African American guest out about entry when another guest of another race just walked right in without questions. We just left without getting anything because of the lady's response I was not able to get her name."

"This was an amazing stay for 5 nights! The private room was spacious for 3 girls + all of our luggage, the beds were big and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean! It’s only a short walk to the nearest metro (there’s 2 options.) the area can get quiet and dark walking back from the station at night but we had no issues, it’s just important to always stay aware."

"Day 1: Can't even enter the building til 4 PM checkin time. Access code does not work. Got to my room it was absolutely filthy - piles of dirty dishes, dirty sheets in a pile on the bed. Found a housekeeper, who just kept repeating "room not ready". There was another customer there in tge same situation. Finally a managerial type shows up, and we get moved to different (clean) rooms. Fine. Day 2: Try to get back in my room after being out. Code does not work. Got hung up on 4 times by the phone...
