Modern cabin on a secluded 3 acre lot for a perfect getaway to enjoy the peaceful outdoors or as a nearby home base when exploring the great Shenandoah valley.

Speedy internet is available to use during your stay. Mini split A/C and secondary heaters keep you comfortable during your stay.

Rocky Mountain Cabin's living, dining and kitchen areas provide an elevated rustic feel throughout. The master bedroom features a luxe Helix King Bed with the second bedroom featuring full-sized bunk beds for adults or kids. A Graco Pack 'N Play and foldable high chair is available for the little ones.

Cozy up on the brand new leather couch where you can watch a movie on the 58 inch tv w/ soundbar or enjoy a quiet night with a crackling wood stove. Create home cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Enjoy your culinary creations in the tasteful midcentury inspired dining area before you slink into a bubbling hot tub on the deck (after showering of course!).

Grilling is always an option with the full sized grill and outdoor dining area to further enjoy the outdoors. Huddle around the smokeless SoloStove fire pit area and toast some s'mores to end the night properly.

Please drive slowly on the gravel roads (speed limit is 20mph) and especially carefully during inclement weather. 4WD is recommended when there is snow and heavy rain.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
