"First of all, the hotel photos look absolutely nothing like reality. There’s a terrible stench throughout the hallways and especially inside the room. The toilet makes a loud noise and barely works at all. There’s also a complete lack of security; people who look homeless are wandering the hallways, and the smell of weed is coming from every corner. "Staff at this hotel is very good and immediately resolve the issue. Room was pretty clean and nice."

"We (family of four) spent a night before boarding a cruise. The motel is clean, staff friendly and efficient. There was a little bit traffic noise, but we slept well. Special treat: there is an excellent, very authentic Portuguese restaurant close by - 5 min walk! It is called "Portugal Express"."

"Breakfast was a little disappointing. Pictures reflected fresh fruit (like blueberries and strawberries with the yogurt) and there was no fresh fruit. There was canned oranges and other citrus fruits, but nothing like the pictures of what to expect. Very disappointed. There was bacon that was in little scrap pieces that was not worth it and while there was a toaster, it barely warmed my English muffin after running it through the toaster 5 times or more. The A/C in the room was not efficient...

"The airport shuttle was a joke! It says every 30 minutes but we waited an hour and half. When I called, the woman I spoke to was rude. Noriah at the front desk was great. She requested our rooms were cleaned as a priority since we were there early but it was still 4pm before they were ready. The bar/restaurant was expensive. $3.25 for a bottle of water was ridiculous! The hotel is showing its age and desperately needs a refresh. Will not stay again."

"We stayed at the Hprizon for 1 night.. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. The only comment I have was that there should have been a clock with an alarm. I would recommend this property for short stays."
