"Everything was good but the shuttle was late"

"Geweldig hotel. Wil vooral Robin (frontdesk) extra bedanken, wat een geweldig behulpzame en aardige man!!! Hotel prima, ontbijt gewoon OK en locatie fantastisch. Je loopt 100 meter naar de overkant en je zit in de Jersey Gardens Mall en daar kan je de bus naar Port Authority bus station in NY pakken. Hotel heeft een shuttle vanuit P3 bij NEWARK international airport rijden die om de 30 min. gaat. alleen dat spaart je $20 uit. Ik heb hem 2 keer gepakt. Een keer vanuit Alamo naar het hotel en een...

"Property is on some bad roads. Difficult parking. Great breakfast selection. Very slow check in system. Decent amenities. Daily room service. Overall noisy property. Random door knocks at night. Cleaning service opening doors before check out times. Loud street noise, close to freeway. "

"The hotel rooms are very outdated compared to other franchises’ rooms. The room could also use a good dusting - the tables were incredibly dusty. Also the photos of the bathroom on Expedia are misleading. The bathroom was very very tiny. You open the door and the door is touching the toilet. I wish there was a better representation of that on the Expedia site and I would’ve probably booked somewhere else. The area isn’t close to many amenities but it’s close to the airport which is nice. "
