"Complained to staff about cockroaches. They moved us to another room. Next room had cockroaches as well. Next day most of the hallways started to smell like bug spray. Asked front desk what they were going to do for my inconvenience for having to go through all of my belongings when I get home, and shaking out my luggage. I was just ignored.
