I stayed at this hotel recently and was unfortunately very disappointed, especially considering the high cost (over $500 for one night). While the property itself looked promising, several issues made for a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience.
First, the fire alarm in our room went off twice during the night — once at 2 AM and again at 3 AM — with no way to silence or reset it. It severely disrupted our sleep, and despite calling the front desk and speaking with staff the next morning, the situation was not resolved during our stay.
Second, around 1 AM, a group of loud guests gathered near the swim-up pool by our room. They were yelling, causing a lot of noise, and even took chairs from our private balcony and threw them into the pool. It felt chaotic and completely ruined the sense of peace we were hoping for.
On top of that, there was no hand soap at the sink in our room — a basic necessity in any hotel, let alone one at this price point.
I reached out to the hotel directly after our stay in hopes of resolving this privately, but unfortunately, I’ve yet to receive a meaningful response or compensation. Overall, this stay fell far short of expectations, and I would not return based on this experience.
