"This little house is perfect. Very comfortable inside with real, homey furniture. It was remarkably clean also. The location of the house is fantastic, right on a perfect little beach. "Our family of four had a great stay at Josh's place. It's clean and bright and really comfortable. Josh's house is right there but he gave us all the privacy we wanted and was also up for fun conversation when we wanted. He had great tips about the area. The house is just a few steps from great breakfast pastries and coffee and and easy walk to the marina and pub. We had a great time!"

"We love the views we have stayed twice in this unit. Wish they had better Canadian TV ( sports channel). Couldn’t get hockey play off games which we asked about before booking and never got a response. We’re able to watch at the Pub but wasn’t ideal. Would have given 5 stars but it’s time for a deep clean carpets are getting stained, toilets need good scrub, windows need a spring clean."
