Lovely 2 bedroom loft on the 2 floor!!!

The loft is very spacious with lots of light in the main living area, it is restful and tranquil in a busy bustling downtown. I believe the place we call home needs to be one of rest and comfort, so I've designed the space in a way to make people feel both welcomed and comfortable.

The kitchen is well equipped coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and glass wear.


My dining room table seats 4 comfortably and has a vintage rustic feel with an urban chic flair.

The open floor plan has a large (and very comfortable) couch. A large flat screen TV. A relaxing chair with a reading light. Its the perfect space for a family.

I can be flexible with check in and check out, I just ask for good communication!

The building has a no-pet and no-indoor smoking policy.

There is paid parking available on the property on the east side of the building. Its around $10

RULES
When booking with us, you will be staying in a residential community -- not a hotel. We have strict rules we ask that our guests abide by. We require that all of our guests adhere to these rules. Our rules prohibit: *Excessive Noise (community quiet hours observed daily 10pm-8am) *Partying/Gatherings *Smoking (100% smoke free community -- this includes ALL communal indoor/outdoor areas) *Illegal Substance Abuse *Unauthorized Filming/Photoshoots. Do not exceed the number of guests stated at booking. We do not accept anyone under the age of 25 years unless with parental guidance. No Visitors on property. A violation of the above will result in alternative action and potentially a cancellation of your reservation without refund and security deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your cooperation and value you as a member of the Airbnb community. Please respect this privilege.
You must also acknowledge
No parking on property - There is paid parking ($3-$10) on the property next to the building
Must climb stairs - 2 flights of stairs
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500

Getaway with parents

I took a trip over with my elderly parents and we had a great time. The condo was very spacious and clean. It’s very private too, which has positives and negatives given most activity in the area caters to the cruise ships and their timeline (stores/restaurants close when tourists get back on the cruise ships) The steps were manageable for my parents but I can see it being a challenge if you tend to use elevators. Overall it worked well for us and we definitely enjoyed our time in Nassau.

Hidden gem

The beauty of This place was not expected when I arrived at the building which was kind of hard to find for me and the taxi driver. But whej I got inside and saw the apartment I was immediately happy! It was clean and nice! Everything was simple and easy to find! It was close to where the rest of my party was staying. It’s a gem

This apartment above a clothing store near downtown was a great find! It is extremely spacious with quality furnishings. My family and I enjoyed staying there. I had a rental car and had to work out a cash deal with a taxi lot security guard for parking every day with the guards on shift but it worked out. I’d rather just use taxis next time. The town pretty much shuts down when the cruise ship people leave. So there is not much nightlife unless one goes to a hotel. But we were pretty much exhausted from full days in the sun. The apartment has great air conditioning and is pretty quiet in the bedrooms. It is shareable space for four adults.

Cute and Cozy

The listing looks exactly as advertised, clean and spacious. When the cruise ships are at the port during the day , it is lively and easy to catch a taxi where ever you need to go. At night it is very quiet. My only concern was the darkness of the hall way/entry at night, even with the motion censored light.

Great Place to stay for Work

My Crew Stayed here for a job out on the Port. Everything was walking distance, it's a great location if you want to be in the center of it. Host was responsive had no issues checking in.

Flew my plane down and it was an amazing stay!

It has been on my list to fly my airplane down from Indiana to the Bahamas. We found this gem of a place located downtown! It was very nice, clean, well equipped and in the perfect location! We loved being within walking distance of downtown and having Angela just a phone call away if we needed anything! Thanks for a great place to stay!

This is a large apartment, well equipped and located at downtown Nassau. Angela was very helpful and kind to us. We had a little work to go up with our suitcases on two floors but the apartment definetely paid off the effort!

The safest, most relaxing getaway from Pandemic

This is a very large apartment with all the amenities including washer/dryer and complete kitchen. I went in July 2020. The Bahamas has had fewer cases of Covid than almost anywhere. To go to the Bahamas you just need a negative nasal swab and you upload this to their electronic visa page. A lot of smaller shops are closed, but the Greek, Filipino, and all the Bahamian restaurants along Esplanade way were open. Enjoyed the beautiful beaches, feeding the pigs, and snorkeling near Staniel Cay. I would highly recommend. Excellent host.
