"It is an older hotel in a wonderful spot. It's small and beachy. Clean enough. Walk to Coast Guard House and Pier. We had the ocean view which was very pretty. Private deck is super small. 2 chairs. It's not luxury! The room smelled of cologne which leads me to suspect they probably have a mildew ..."

"This was a one night stopover for us on our way to block island. Overall it was fine, good location. Unfortunately they were having a water problem and could not serve lunch which we were planning on having on their great outdoor patio. Very nice, friendly staff."
