"Everything was good for a motel room, except there was no hot water. It was July 4th, so they couldn't get anyone out. They did however refund 20% of the charges without us asking."

"The hot tub was not heating (cold), the sauna didn’t work. The front desk told us breakfast was served until 10 o’clock and at 8:30 there was no food left and they did not try and accommodate us at with preparing any more food. The grounds are not maintained well. There’s weeds and spiderwebs ..."
