This is a 3 story home with approx. 3,000 sq ft. The bottom floor has 2 BRs and 1 bath and has a full kitchen and a back porch. The main floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and living room as well as a back deck overlooking a pond with a fountain. This floor includes two BRs and 2.5 baths. The 3rd floor has 1 BRs and 1 bath. The house has a pool table, a ping pong table and two golf carts which can be taken to the beach. There are 3 swimming pools, a gym and tennis courts in the community.

Great safe location! It was awesome to have the golf carts to get to the amenities. There was a lot of room for our family of 6. This house was very clean. I loved how it was pet friendly and it didn’t have carpets! (no stains from other pets) Great house look no further!!

Memorable Family Vacation

This home had everything necessary for our stay and included some convenient and fun extras that were highlights for our family (2 golf carts, pool table, and ping pong table). Having two separate kitchens and living areas was very helpful. A problem with one appliance was handled and resolved quickly by the owner/host and communication was excellent.

A couple of minor issues with golf carts, but Carol and her team expedited the process and we had replacement carts the same day of contacting her! The check in/out process was seemless. Beautiful Home - Great Place to Stay

This was my second time renting this house and both stays were perfect! I have a large family and it is hard to find a house that can accommodate us all comfortably. We had plenty of room and the kids loved watching the swans, geese, and ducks off the back balcony.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a great time at this rental! It has everything you need and more. We got to watch the ducks, swans and turtles every day, which the kiddos really enjoyed. The two golf carts allowed our two families to be able to have enough room to comfortably transport ourselves to and from the beach/shops, which is a short and beautiful drive through the community. The pier and tons of restaurants are within a couple miles from this location and there’s even a really good restaurant right at the beach access. The kids had a blast with the pool and pong tables, and the pools were so cool! Loved being able to have an indoor and outdoor pool(s) to switch things up for the kids. There was something for everyone to enjoy (ages ranging from 5-68) and lots of room for us all. The two kitchens are super convenient and helpful for a large group. The beds and furniture were also comfortable and in good condition. I would definitely stay again!

Great stay

Great location and the house is beautiful. There were a few things broken upon arrival which was communicated to the property owner. Golf carts died easily, the upstairs grill doesn’t work, patio furniture upstairs is not usable due to tears in the seats, dining room chair was broken as well. Overall the house was very nice and really close to the beach. One thing that I wish I could have known sooner is that you have to pay $30 for an access pass if you want to park the car or golf carts at the beach and you also have to pay $30 for a temporary gym pass if you want to workout while you’re there.

We enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of room for a large family. The housecleaning could use improvement and the downstairs dryer needs the heating element replaced. Other than that, the home is amazing!

Surf side beach

Everything was good. Except the main floor oven wouldn’t bake. Think the heating element is out. The coffee machine in the bottom floor would brew fine but the stopper when you took the coffee pot out it would run over the heating plate.

Great Thanksgiving stay

The property is very dated and in need of some remodeling, but, other than that is in good condition and is accurately described in the listing. Due to an unforeseen emergency with the cleaning company, the property wasn’t completely cleaned when we checked in, also, the dish washer began leaking constantly for two straight days, which resulted in frequent visits by repairmen for those two days. During this time, the owner, was very nice and responsive and stayed on top of of all the issues. The dishwasher was replaced and the cleaning company came by to help out. The owner reimbursed us for the days the water issue affected us. The house came with many amenities and is in a great location. Because the owner and property manager were so professional and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and everything was taken care of to our satisfaction, and because of the amenities and location, I would definitely stay here again.
