HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Come enjoy the ‘Seascape’ at this classic inlet front home! Located in Inlet Harbor, 3.3 miles south of the Garden City Pier, the exclusive gated south end of Garden City Beach, you can bring your boat of any size and enjoy fishing and crabbing in the inlet with easy access to the ocean or right off the private dock – various marinas are close by to launch your boat. Welcome the salt air breeze of the Atlantic Ocean on one of the open decks or covered porches. Enjoy the incredible views while playing a game of pool in the upstairs game room. A large flat-screen TV makes the living area a great gathering place for family and friends. Seascape offers cable TV and Wi-Fi to their guests for added convenience. This home features a kids' room with 2-sets of bunk beds that your little ones are sure to love! This house is conveniently located with direct access to the inlet, and just a short easy walk to the beach. The kitchen features all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. Outside amenities include a private dock with a fish sink, plenty of grassy lawn space for the kids to play, and parking for four vehicles. This exclusive gated community does not allow motorcycles or golf carts.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

generation bonding

We stayed here with my children, sister and her children, and my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beach access was close and convenient. We loved the dock and watching the crabs in the water. The house description was a little different because they had renovated some of the rooms. They REALLY need to update the living room furniture. You can tell it has been sat on A LOT. Despite most of the house being dated looking, we would stay here again. You do rent through a rental company and not straight through the owners. I actually felt more comfortable that way, to be honest.

So relaxing!

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time! The house, although dated decor, was awesome! The pool table was great for rainy afternoons and evenings. The walk to the beach was shorter than it appeared on the site. The beach wasn’t too crowded either!
