"Room was not a deluxe room in my opinion so so disappointed The room was only cleaned properly on our last day and that was late afternoon after I complained that the room had not been serviced they did send a gentleman to clean and change the bedding and it was the first time the toilet and bathroom floors had been cleaned The noises at night from large vehicles reversing up the side street of the hotel at 12.30 and 2.30 in the morning when you are sleeping was not on the noise in the room...

"Great staff very helpful as I needed lots of help getting transportation to different local venues and very early transport to the airport (BCN)"
