"We asked at the reception if our room could be cleaned and after four days the room hadn't been cleaned nor the towls and the bed clothes changed. The crew was very kind and polite and the breakfast had a big variety and amount of food."

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

"Das Zimmer war super schön und großzügig. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Verpflegung mit Frühstück, Fika (Kaffee&Kuchen) und Abendessen war sehr gut. Zum Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl, zur Fika 1 Kuchen + Kaffee/ Tee/ Wasser und zum Abendessen jeweils eine Suppe, 1 Hauptgericht und 4 Salate und verschiedenes Brot, alles im Buffetstil und auch Wasser. Andere Getränke kosten extra. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt aber direkt an der Straßenbahn mit der man super in die Stadt...

"The bunk beds were so small & we are small and short. Daughter was uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The room was so small & thight for a family of 4. No closet to hand your clothes or dresser. Not very comfortable leaving clothes in luggage for 3 days. Food was good & breakfast area was nice & clean. Areas in the hotel were dirty and not vacuumed. View from our hotel was nice. Could use a jacuzzi and sauna. We ordered a bottle of wine at the bar & it was $85 so expensive...

"Excellent location within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and shopping etc… The breakfast buffet was unreal. They had anything & everything you could imagine. Housekeeping did fantastic job with refreshing the room everyday while we were out. Never had to request anything as they always made sure everything was replaced and stocked. Great hotel."
