  • Located 5 minute drive to the beach, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath second floor end unit condominium is full of sunlight has elevator access, balcony and sleeps 8 and has a balcony with furniture overlooking the pond and fountain.

    Fully furnished and fully equipped with stacked washer/dryer, ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, regular drip 12 cup coffee maker, toaster and blender. Dish service for 10. Dining room table seats 8. Three bar stools at the kitchen counter. Iron and ironing board are available for renters to use as well.

    Primary bedroom has king size bed, two walk in closets with private bathroom that has two sinks and large shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with large closet. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and also has a large closet. Each bedroom has its own smart flat screen television. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

    Pets permitted for additional cleaning fee but there is no smoking or vaping in the condo. Enjoy the gym, indoor or outdoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay.

    Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, driving range, par three, disc golf and mini-golf and then enjoy an ice cream at Runaway Bay after the game. The par three is lighted at night. Points cards are available, while they last, for use on most of these activities.

    Linens and beach towels are included, however, you must provide your own paper towels and toilet tissue when the starter rolls are finished.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and very spacious. We had three guys staying there for a golf weekend and we all felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was pretty great. Host was great at communicating. Only recommendation I can make is to modify or replace table on balcony so drinks, etc. will have a more stable surface.

Lovely pet friendly sun filled condo, walking distance to golf course and local supermarket, short drive to the local beach with a shuttle service in the summer.Indoor pool and gym were an added bonus on the few rainy days we had.

Great stay, lots of space and amenities for all of us, great location. Loved the pool and quick access to the beach. We usually stay in a house, so was worried about neighbor noise, but it was very peaceful. It was spacious for the six of us and our fur baby. We had everything we needed. Beautiful property. There were Beach towels, a couple chairs and a beach umbrella on site but we brought our own so didn’t need, but nice to know for next time. We will be back. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the stay and the property is so much better than any hotel you can find. Great price and great amenities plus awesome communication with owner. Will definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at a villa in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, United States! The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described if not better.The space was thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were a huge bonus the fitness rooms and pools were great and made the stay even more enjoyable.The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in and communication with the host were seamless and responsive, which made the entire experience even better.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

We love Tupelo Bay’s location and amenities. Dog friendly with plenty of room for family! Spent lots of time on the well appointed balcony.

Vacation

My family and I stayed at the location listed. Excellent location and close to the beach. The rental is very spacious and accommodated my 7 party family. The owner of the property was excellent and very responsive!

It was not clean. My shoes were sticking to the kitchen floor (I had to mop with a kitchen towel), the bathroom counter still had hairs around the faucet (hadn’t been cleaned), the carpet felt gross ((we couldn’t take off our shoes.

Being able to have our senior dog with us on vacation was a gift, and the condo met all of our needs. We had absolutely no problems with parking, location, or the space itself. The AC held strong, as did the WiFi, and we enjoyed the amenities offered to us: the pools, the gym, and the coupons the host left us to play golf/foot golf. This was the highlight of the trip for our 18 year old son. We had a wonderful time, and we made so many great memories! The code we were given in the owner's booklet for us to access the pool did not work. One of the residents from the neighborhood happily gave us the correct one, so all was well. She explained the code we were trying to use was for the fitness center, which makes sense because in the owner's manual, the code for both places was the same.

The villa was above and beyond as described, my family had the privilege of enjoying our family vacation in this beautifully amazing villa in such a great neighborhood. Everything was wonderful, from the villa, to the pool, to the near by beaches. We were extremely impressed and pleased. We would definitely do it again

Great Stay!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! Exactly as described. The location was perfect and the family enjoyed mini golf. The indoor pool was perfect for the one rainy afternoon we got during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything you need for a restful, secure stay

There is absolutely nothing that could be added to this review that could more complement this property. For a pet owner, it is more than accommodating, the permanent residents are helpful and friendly and the property is second to none for the price range. We had a wonderful time near, if not on the oceanfront.

The condo was nice but the guest shower was not clean. Hair came out of the drain when taking showers.There was a storm while we were there and the WiFi went out (however the cable did not, which was strange). We had to go 2 days without WiFi and once they came to fix it they were there from 5 PM to 9PM which of course interrupted our family dinner and time together. Owner did not offer any pricing adjustments for our inconvenience and lack of WiFi. No other condo's in the building had the WiFi go out so it was strange and did not appear to be due to the storm because of that.

My family and I stayed here for 2 months. Lovely place just like the pictures!! Very spacious! Beach just a few min drive. Anthony is very easy to talk to, answered any questions we had and worked with us anytime we had a request. Everything you could ever need is near by weather You want to golf, shop, activities for your family, etc. would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great place for golfer's

The condo was clean quite neighborhood. Not close to the beach as I was thinking it was took longer than 3 minutes. But over all it was nice.

Great location. This could be a 5 out of 5. I call this a 3 out of 5 due to cleanliness. Dishwasher was broken and left with dirty dishes and black gunk/food which was disgusting.Clothes from past guests were left in closets.One thing I would point out to anyone staying is this is a 6 person unit, not an 8. Yes, there is a sleeper sofa that might work for very little kids. Classic bar in the back sleeper. Bigger issue if you’re planning to use this unit is towels and linens are only available for 6 people and the 3 bedrooms. Beyond that bring your own.Unit is nicely accessible, there’s even an elevator if traveling with anyone that might have issues with being on second floor, which is a plus. AC works really well (important there!) & cools evenly throughout unit; hot water was never an issue.
