501 One Ocean Place, Stunning luxury corner unit, breathtaking inside and out!!

This unit includes 2 oceanfront chairs and an umbrella set up daily for all rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Inside, enjoy panoramic ocean views from the wrap around balcony and the ceiling to floor windows throughout. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1800 sq. ft. unit is located on the 5th floor of One Ocean Place. The building is centrally located between the Garden City and Surfside Beach fishing piers and is considered the premier building in the area. It is located within close proximity to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh Walk and Market Commons. Our condo is totally renovated and updated with new dining, living, bedroom and patio furniture, and custom tiled baths including a rainhead in the master walk in shower. Enjoy new lighting, accessories, appliances, and wall mounted smart TV’s in the living room and in all bedrooms.
This condo sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with patio access and a view that allows you to stay in bed and watch the morning sun rise over the ocean. Bedroom #2 is also furnished with a king-size bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom . Towels and bed linens are provided with beds made up upon your arrival.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including: ice maker, drip/pod coffee maker, microwave, large selection of pots and pans, dishes, crockpot, toaster and blender. There is a fully equipped wet bar in the living room for ease in entertaining. Our unit also has a new washer and dryer for your convenience.
The One Ocean Place pool deck has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. This is a family-owned condo. We have lived in the area for over 35 years and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. We are easily available with any questions or concerns to ensure that your vacation experience with us is worry-free. We’ve been staying at One Ocean since 2016. This condo was by far the homiest of any we’ve stayed in. Before going, the carpet worried us a bit because we’d never stayed in a unit with carpet in the main rooms but I’d be doing you a disservice if I didn’t tell you that we absolutely loved it.On top of that, the outside couch and chair were incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the tvs were a great touch that made it feel even more at home.If you’re thinking of staying here, do it.

Beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable, this condo exceeded our expectations! North facing, we got the morning sunrise and none of the afternoon heat. The outdoor space was really to die for. Big wrap around balcony with a great breeze and we practically lived out there. Even the lightening storms were amazing to watch. The fifth floor is a great height too, high enough to have a nice view of the ocean but still felt connected to the beach. We didn’t hear any noise from the pool either. After a long sunny day on the beach it felt fantastic to come back to the cool cozy condo and comfortable beds.Maureen is the best hostess! Very accommodating and responsive. She really thought of everything and went above and beyond to make us feel catered to. That was really the cherry on top. I had family who rented 2 other condos and our experience really stood out from the others in every way possible. But it’s a beautiful property, nice and secure. The location is also outstanding. Fresh fish markets and all the stores you would need are just 10 minutes south. If I could move in or live here for the summer I would!! Looking forward to coming back!

Once again, our home away from home was amazing!At this point, Maureen is family and I love actually getting to see her when we come! 3rd time renting from M&J but probably our 10th year in 501. We've stayed in multiple other condos at OOP and this one is our favorite! Kitchen is perfectly appointed with a few extras in case you need them! My daughter and friend love the chairs and umbrella on the beach more than anything else and while I can truly only speak to the king bed in the master, it's one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on.Thanks again for a wonderful week!

Excellent property!

This condo is exactly what I wanted. Quiet part of the beach, comfortable furniture (including the balcony!!), master bedroom with balcony and windows on the beach. The corner unit has the perfect view of the sunrise every morning! We will be back!

Beautiful condo with an absolutely stunning view! Surfside / Garden City is one of our favorite places to visit and this condo made the trip extra memorable! Sunrises and yoga on the expansive deck were amazing!

Excellent unit

Condo was clean and well equipped. Had a small problem connecting to internet, but John was excellent to work with and he solved the problem very quickly. Loved the corner unit with its expansive view up and down the beach. We were fortunate enough to be there during the “hunter’s” moon, and it was just gorgeous seeing it come up over the ocean. Very happy with the unit and will return.

Amazing Stay

We stayed in John & Maureen’s condo for 2 weeks. It was beautifully furnished and the amenities met all of our needs. All communications with the hosts were outstanding, housekeeping was immaculate and views were spectacular. We would not hesitate to book a return stay in this condo and hope to do so in the near future.

Second year in this condo. It just feels like home to us! Tropical storm Debby tried to damper things but she’s good not win!! We had great family time in an ocean front condo! Views are amazing. Will be back for a third year!

Once again...impeccable!

If it could even be better than last year..but it was! Absolutely beautiful and the new touches are fantastic! I believe this is our 7th year staying in 501 and 2nd year since the renovation and to say we are now spoiled for good would be an understatement! My 17yo daughter literally broke down in tears when we drove away this year! Enjoy the Codenames game! See you soon!
