1 bedroom with queen bed with full bath, in the living room two pull out sofas and full bath. Another full bath near living room.Kitchen is furnished, cleaning will include linens , towels and washcloths. Sliding door goes onto the balcony that has furniture you can enjoy the view of the beach and sunsets. Staying @ our unit includes using indoor and outdoor hotubs and pools, in the winter the indoor pool is heated. Has a gift shop and bar on the lower level. Unit is on the 1st floor so no steps to climb, parking is right outside the unit. Also restaurant on the bottom level. Plenty of other restaurants around and grocery stores are BI-LO and Kroger are close. About 1/4 mile to the garden city Pier and Downtown. You can sit in the living room and have a beautiful view of the ocean and sand. Monthly rate $2000.00 Property Owner

Do not leave sliding glass door open, due to air conditioning will shut down, also birds could come in. No sitting on furniture with wet clothing.
No smoking. Do not move funiture. Take Trash to the trash shute at the end of the hall. Clean dishes. Remove linens and towels, place on washer.

Very clean and awesome location.Would have give it a 5 but there was maintenance work going on that was very loud starting at 9 am two days in a row, it was electricians hammer drilling so I’m assuming it was emergency work.

Summer getaway

This place was amazing!! The only issue i had and really was my on OCD would have loved to have had a better vacuum. Sand travels everywhere and the vacuum didnt want to sweep it up. Otherwise we plan on staying here again next year!! Thank you for an amazing first time in SC.

Everything I wanted was there. Fully stocked kitchen. Pool in and out. Two hot tubs, inside bar and shopping with a small brunch lunch spot. Would definitely go back….

Just steps to the beach

Our 1st time in Garden City and it did not disappoint. We had a lovely stay in this first floor condo and we've never been closer to the beach. The condo is a bit dated and could use some upgrades but it was very clean & comfortable and the access to the beach was so easy. It was great to be on the first floor and just run in & out when needed. Unpacking the car was a breeze. The pool & patio area was nice! Lots of nice families with small children around (this was not a "party" place, thank goodness). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again.

Nice but worn

Beautiful beach front with great deck, pool and hot tub. The unit was clean but worn. Some finishes were good but others needed major attention. The sliding door to balcony was worn out and hard to open and the bifold doors at laundry were falling off. The vanities also needed attention.
