Step into luxury at this stunning 2022-built beach house just steps from the shimmering waters of Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Enjoy breathtaking ocean and inlet views from this elegant two-story retreat featuring a private fenced heated pool and a built-in grill—perfect for relaxing days and memorable evenings with family and friends.

Inside, the spacious first floor boasts an open-concept living area with a crisp 55" ROKU Smart HDTV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table that seats 10, plus additional seating for four at the kitchen counter—ideal for gatherings big and small. A convenient laundry room with brand new washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. Two cozy bedrooms on this level include a king bedroom with access to a beautifully tiled full bath, and a fun bunk room with full-over-full and twin-over-twin beds—perfect for kids or groups.

Upstairs, unwind in the luxurious primary suite featuring a king bed with a Nectar mattress, an en-suite bathroom with a spacious, upscale shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and serene inlet. The second floor also offers three additional king bedrooms, each with their own wall-mounted 43" ROKU HDTVs, plus two more stylish full bathrooms—ensuring space and comfort for everyone.

Perfect for girls weekend!

Check-in and -out process was very easy. Everything was as pictured. Awesome open living space and everyone had a comfy bed. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Would book again.

This is the property you need for a large group, very up to date and stocked for all of your needs, short walk to the beach, great pool on the property, super convenient to everything. Don’t hesitate, you will find this property meets all of your needs. Very clean and spacious with plenty of kitchen space and bathrooms for everyone!

Best Beach Stay with Sunset Views

This was the best beach stay we as a family have had! Having 14 people and three generations, it's hard to make everyone happy. The house really did have everything we needed, from big bedrooms with comfortable beds (All Kings) and a great room for the grandkids to sleep together on the bunks. The house had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the grill. The pool and deck area were perfect for lounging around, and plenty of room for the kids. We added the heat to the pool, which was well received by the kids because it extended their pool time from early morning swims to the late evenings. The house was well-planned, with beach items and towels. This was our first time in Garden City, and we will consider returning. This house will be at the top of our list. Great communication from the manager, always responding quickly to any needs.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The outdoor kitchen on the balcony is wonderful and we used it a lot! Great pool space and great location. The cleaning was not great. Hair on bathroom floors. There were used contact lenses in the sink of the master. Hair in showers. We will definitely rebook. The house is that nice but we paid $450 for cleaning as part of the rental agreement and yet we had to clean the bathrooms when we arrived.

Gary's Celebration

We had 11 adults, who are all very close friends! Our friend Gary has been battling cancer for several years and just received the good news we all have been praying for! He is now cancer free so of course, we had to celebrate!!! This house was amazing and was perfect for our group!!! Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! We will be back!

Clean missing a few things. Would be nice to have handrail getting in and out of pool. More towel racks in bathroom. More chairs around pool area. Maybe some drapes or shades on back door and windows. Nice for brightness but when we sat to eat, sunshine in faces.

Great for family stay

The house was beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with Jessica was very good with responses received within 30 minutes every time. Kitchen was great and had lots of different cooking tools. Pool was lovely and we enjoyed it quite a bit. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, though be aware that there are no sidewalks. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains or blinds in the kitchen and living room because the evening sun was quite bright. Otherwise, we had a great time and would definitely stay again in the future.
