Talk about Location for a great vacation! Views that will take your breath away! Everything you need for a fabulous getaway! Come stay and relax awhile! Ahhhh! Enjoy the sunrise over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean right at your front door or Master Bedroom window, if you are an early riser! Enjoy your morning coffee, juice or smoothie right out on the deck as you breathe in the fresh ocean air! If you like to fish, walk right out to the shore and throw a line in. Listen to the peaceful sounds of the ocean all day and as you sleep. This condo is a completely furnished, fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2 bath, end unit. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep two people. There is a dining table and a kitchen bar to sit at as you enjoy visiting with each other while cooking or having a drink together. Each bedroom has comfortable king beds. Walk directly from the parking lot to the unit and deck. No steps and no elevator needed. Beautiful beachside pool and large deck with direct beach access. There are grills outside on the deck if you choose to use. Or you can walk down to the Garden City Pier and listen to live music, have some delicious ice cream or eat at the local restaurants. Conch Cafe and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant are great local places within walking distance to have lunch and dinner.

Wonderful location just steps from the beach and short drive to lots of great restaurants. Place was very clean and well-stocked. Responsive host. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. Perfect stay!

This is a well designed and tastefully decorated condo right on the beach with easy access for our elderly mother in law. The sunrises were gorgeous. It is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

Great place to stay and this unit faces the beach at ground level. Great for morning walks and drinking coffee on the deck. Cleanest rental I've stayed in this year. Will definitely stay here again when I return to the area.

A piece of heaven

This condo was awesome, comfortable relaxing, and the views and front door access to the beach were stunning. The condo is thoughtfully outfitted with every possible need you may have.I highly recommend it to anyone who love direct access to the beach and a comfortable, extremely clean place to relax. The host was absolutely delightful and very gracious.

They have everything you need!!

The condo was awesome! My 11 yr old gave it 10 out of 5 stars and my 18 year old and her boyfriend had a blast. It was super convenient and had everything we needed. We hope to come back again!

This is the second year in a row my family and I have booked here. It is one of my favorite vacations- none of us ever want o leave when we are there. You do need a car to get around but you can not beat being right on the water— also being the lower bottom unit especially if you have young children is a major plus!! I highly recommend! Kim and her family are great hosts- they have everything you need in the condo; from beach chairs to pots & pans! I can’t wait to go back again!!

Loved being steps from the beach. Condo was well stocked & perfect for a relaxing vacation soaking up the sun. There were less restaurants in walking distance than we had hoped but that didn’t prevent us from having a great time. We drove surrounding beach areas and definitely liked this area the best. Definitely will be back. Side note parking is tight & there really is only room for 1 vehicle per unit.

Can never get enough

This is maybe the 3rd time I've stayed in this Cabana. It's so reliably enjoyable. The location is perfect, the pricing seems reasonable, and it has a lot of character, especially compared to a normal hotel room. Would highly recommend!

4th of July Weekend

Check in was easy, communication was great, property was perfect for our family, overall a great stay! Mere steps from the beach made it so easy to enjoy the beach without hauling everything all at once. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach condo

I stayed here with my husband and 3 teenaged kids. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax. The condo is very clean, the beds are comfortable & the towels fluffy. But the view simply can't be beat! We spent much of our short stay on the beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues I had. We just checked out & my kids are already asking when we can come back!

Family Vacation

I stayed at Kim’s condo with my husband and two children. The condo was just as described. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk straight out to the pool and beach. Kim was a very welcoming host. She made sure we got checked in smoothly and had everything we needed.

Peaceful beach haven

Stayed here while visiting family in Myrtle Beach. It is conveniently located to quickly get anywhere in town, but the condo sits at a nice quiet little section about a half mile down the beach from the Garden City pier, in an unassuming building away from most of the big beach crowds. Very clean and well stocked with everything, including beach chairs for sitting in the sand. The deck and the building are both access-controlled using codes & keys, so you don’t have people wandering up on to the private deck. It has a small pool and a shower / sprayer for cleaning off sand and salt water. I should also mention, since I didn’t see it in other reviews, is that the beach bar / restaurant The Conch Cafe is a short walk up the beach to the north, less than half a mile. It was great for lunch and dinner without having to drive. The owner Kim is very responsive and wants to help you have a nice stay. The place is spacious, beautifully furnished & decorated, and clean. Lots of towels is a plus. I really liked the combination lock on the front door, so you could come and go from the beach without having to worry about a key. Very nice place! No real complaints at all.

Easy relaxing stay

My husband and I took my 91 year old mother in law for her birthday and Mother’s Day. It was great for her since she has to use a walker to get around. The deck with the view was perfect for her to enjoy sitting and monitoring all the people coming and going. Lol Thank you so much for sharing your property with us! We did enjoy.
