Superior Street Rental #1 Downtown Munising, 2023 Remodel

Welcome to Munising Michigan, the home of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Waterfalls, Boat Cruises, Scenic Tours, and some great Yooper Pasties! Located right in downtown Munising within walking distance to most attractions and food. This apartment is perfect for short or long stays, whether you are passing through on vacation, or coming up for work and looking for furnished housing. Open concept living and kitchen area. Bedroom one has a Queen bed and bedroom two has two double beds. Electric fireplace and a flat screen TV in each room. We recently added a grill outback for guest use, this is also shared with unit #2. There is a firepit with seating as well, that is also shared with other guests. Pet friendly for dogs up to 30lbs, 2 dog limit and there is a $53/pet fee plus and additional one time cleaning charge of $30.
Located on the 2nd Floor, the stairwell includes 21 steps to access the units. Larger groups can rent more than one unit in the building if needed, there is a total of 4. Call us for more information.

**PETS! Airbnb may only charge you for the 1st pet, you will be requested to send an additional $50 plus tax ($53) per pet. Our pet policy is $50/pet plus tax plus an additional one time cleaning charge of $30. If Airbnb does not collect this amount you are still responsible. We're respecting your pet, so please respect our pet policy. Clean up after your pet, please do not allow pets on furniture. Please keep kenneled if left alone. If your pet barks when you are gone, please do not leave it alone.

***There is a doorbell camera mounted at the back entryway outside.

***Door code will be released the night prior to check-in for security purposes.

Well kept and nicely remodeled upper unit in a great location- walkable to many restaurants and close to marina and ferry launch for water excursions. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked other than needing a good frypan. Only drawback is that the bathroom is pretty small with no place to put one’s toiletries. Overall would recommend it for travelers wanting a convenient location and very comfortable accommodations.

Cute appartment. Location was perfect for all we wanted to do. Close to many restaurants and a few breweries. Walking distance to all. Walking distance to Picture Rock Cruise. Main bedroom bed uncomfortable but clean. The two other beds were comfortable and clean. Easy check in. Parking in front can get full, but rental #1has parking in back as well. Rental was clean and it had whatbwe needed.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and had all things one would need while traveling. The stove was a bit of a problem as it did not heat up properly or get really hot. But everything else was wonderful. Location is very close to everything. We were able to walk to all places in town. Thanks for a lovely rental. Munising is very pretty.

Friends trip

Location was amazing, walkable to everything. Although places close so early. The space was good for 5 people (one on couch) since we weren't home except in evenings. Bed's and pillows comfortable and appreciated the window air conditioners. Hot water heater small for our group of 5 (2 people had warm showers at a time). Adorable little kitchen area well stocked. Host was very responsive and tried to remedy any Inconveniences quickly. Over all recommend this Vrbo.

fall foliage trip to Michigan

The apartment was conveniently located. It was clean the beds were very comfortable. Take non-slip slippers with you as the wood floors were very slippery if you walked on them when wearing just socks. Otherwise we really liked this apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, which is not always the case with rental apartments. The management company did a great job of communicating with us about check in & out procedures.

Cute little apartment

Location is perfect for our shower visit. Owner was very easy to communicate with although we didn’t really need anything. The only complaint I had was the bathroom door would not lock, but that is very minor issue. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Little Upstairs Apartment

It worked great for our family of 6. We liked the open floor plan and it was very clean. We loved the beach decor. The sheets were super soft. We were slightly disappointed with [heel?] hole in the back of the tub, but my little guy was still able to take a bubble bath with the tape repair. We would stay again.

Nice little place in Munising, quaint old charm

Good little apartment in an old building downtown Munising. Has some quirks (no dishwasher, no w/d, very small and short shower, the bed in the primary bedroom is really uncomfortable and squeaky. Nice little kitchen area however the oven took forever to heat up. Location is great and you can walk to town easily. It was great that there was a TV in each room. The building had great character. Enjoyable experience

Perfect for families

This location is perfect. We walked to the coffee shop/bookstore, restaurants, and cute souvenir shop. The apartment is very clean and has a few quirks but nothing negative that effected our stay. It's just an old building. The apartment is decorated so cute, has plenty of window a/c units for the space for summer and a faux fireplace for some extra heat for winter. It feels spacious due to the layout and was absolutely perfect for our families home base. Day trips to hike, kayak and beach it were a breeze with this location. The management company was very attentive and customer service excellent.
