Welcome to Season’s Greetings, your home away from home, close to everything in Christmas! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We want you to feel relaxed while on vacation. We hope you enjoy your stay!

You won’t find any other place like this. Located just 500 yards down the road from Foggy’s Steakhouse and across the street from the Kewadin Casino and the ATV/snowmobile trails in Christmas, Seasons Greetings is guaranteed to be the place you’re looking for! Take a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long day.

Spacious home all to yourself equipped with all you’ll ever need to have a nice relaxing stay. Two story ranch style home with seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two full kitchens, two dining rooms, two living rooms, and two laundry rooms.

and the additional three bedrooms located on the lower level.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed a family friendly pool competition and played some poker in the evenings! Everything we wanted to do was all very close. Site seeing, casino, shopping and dining!

Really nice location backing up to state forest and minutes from Munising. Outdoor amenitites were a plus- the hot tub and fire pit were easy to operate and in great working order. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable and the public spaces were welcoming and thoughtfully decorated. I would strongly recommend Ashley's place for larger families and groups looking for a stress- free Pictured Rocks stay.

This large home was perfect for our large family. The hot tub and fire pit was fantastic. Michigan vacation made for a a great different (Picture Rock Cruise along with hiking & side-by-side rental in Newberry MI was the bomb!)

This was a wonderful place to use as home base for our UP adventures! The host was fantastic to work with and provided all we needed. The home is so very comfortable, clean, and perfect to spread out on two levels. Our family appreciated the two separate living spaces, two refrigerators, and two washers/dryers! The huge mud room was perfect for storing and hanging items, and the garage great for laying out paddle boards and other things to dry. The hot tub, fire pit and outdoor gathering areas were our favorite! This home is one of a kind in the Pictured Rocks area. We had room in the driveway for our kayak boat trailer plus the 7 cars we had.If you're looking for things to do, don't skip the ultimate kayak tour at Pictured Rocks Kayaking! Well worth the money for a beautiful look from the water at the gorgeous rock formations. We swam in several areas but loved Sand Point beach. Also worth a trip is a drive out to Au Sable Lighthouse and the nearby Grand Sable Dunes at the Log Slide Overlook. Breathtaking views there! We also loved kayaking on the Au Train River. Whatever you do, you cannot go wrong in renting this home! Ashley is a superb host and we plan on coming back to beautiful Lake Superior and her beautiful home!

Our group of 9 adults and 7 kids fit very comfortably in this house. We visited all the area sites- Pictured Rocks by hikes & pantoons, Miners beach, Marquette, more. Great location! Nearby Munising was a regular destination- fish food truck, shops, and many pickle ball games on 2 new tennis courts (bought chalk for lines). We enjoyed the spacious backyard- meals, hot tub, fire pit, kids games on the grass. It was very private, surrounded by woods. And there was a beach around the corner. Of course, in front the busy road w casino across wasn’t wonderful but we mostly ignored. We had a couple warm humid days and the AC didn’t reach into bedrooms too well. But I didn’t hear too many complaints. We had a great week with 3 generations of family together, able spread out, in a beautiful part of the world.

Wonderful Getaway

It was perfect for our family vacation. We had 2 grandparents, our 3 children plus 1 spouse and 5 grandchildren. Plenty of room to be together or apart. Well stocked and very clean. Glass bottom boat highly recommended. Hiking to waterfalls and just relaxing in backyard spaces. A great time was had by all.

Spring Jeep Trip

The house worked out great, we had 15 people comfortably housed with bathrooms to match. We plan two trips a year trying to move around and see new areas each time, but this place is on our list to come back to again at some point. Thanks.

Thanksgiving stay

Enjoyed the roominess for our group, however the main dishwasher did not work and the hot tub also didn’t work, and were told the day of arrival about the hot tub- which was a big reason we chose this property. That was a disappointment for our group. Overall a nice stay.

Serious bed bug incident at this property - be warned.

I stayed at this property Oct 2-6 and had a very serious episode with bed bugs. This review platform won't allow photos, but after waking up the second morning, my arms, legs, hands, feet, and torso were covered in extremely clear, large red welts. Upon my return back home an urgent care physician confirmed the welts as bed bug bites. The property manager (Ashley) immediately denied the presence of bed bugs and refused to have a direct conversation. Beyond disappointing since any reputable VRBO, hotel, or other hospitality operation would have taken this extremely seriously and reached out to discuss. They did have a (terribly-reviewed) pest control company in to assess, and claimed they found no evidence of bed bugs present. The timeline of my stay and suffering over 100 bites clearly tells a very different story. Ultimately an unfortunate situation, and I only provide this information to warn future potential guests when considering booking.

Perfect family gathering

We all absolutely loved staying at this home. The pictures truly do not do the place justice. We all had plenty of room. The yard and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire every evening. We enjoyed sight seeing around the area and the house was conveniently located making it easy to do so. My ONLY suggestion would be to add some hand rails where there are steps leading into the house and out the back door.

Spacious and accomodating

Beautiful and very accomodating for a large group. Location was very close to all the points of interest on our list. We did have to contact the host about a minor detail. The host responded quickly and resolved our issue. We had a lot of fun and also some relaxation and this house was perfect for our family.

Excellent space for large groups

This house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and has lovely outdoor space in the back yard, including patio dining and seating, as well as the fire pit with plenty of chairs (we did not use the hot tub). Easy access to clean beach and just minutes to Munising, with access to creating hiking from Munising. You won’t be dissappointed!

Great place!

Daughter graduating from college. This home allowed family and friends to all stay together! Beautiful well thought out home. Only issue was there are 7 actual bedrooms not 8 bedrooms as listed on the site. Causing us to juggle how we had everyone laid out. Not ideal but we made it work. Propane for the outdoor grill was out, which we replaced; but property manager quickly reimbursed us. Overall a great trip. Would highly recommend!!
