Property wasn't clean for our check in time...
Check in was at 4pm, I received a text message saying the property wouldn't be clean until 7pm. The text came in at 12-1pm,Was told cleaner called out.We drove 10 hours, of course we will arrive early at 2:30- 3pm. New cleaners didn't arrive until 7pm to clean and make up beds,they didn't finish until 8:30-9pm. Wanted to cook my Thanksgiving dinner early,that didn't happen. Very frustrating experience.Then we was told there was a dead animal under the hot tub. Mantientce came it wasn't a animal, It wasnt cleaned from pervious guest. There were lady bugs, lots of them in the corners,and when we opened the doors, that will crawl in, other than that,the property is very nice. All game board pieces was missing one or two of something.Drive wasn't bad getting there. Get what you need from grocery store,or any other store brought items, stores and shopping is 30 mins away. Very nice views,and wood work. Customer service was very rude and hung up on me, when we told them we didnt have any where to go, after we was told we can't get into the cabin until it was cleaned. Was hung up on serval times, after the long drive we wasn't able to lay down until after 9pm or shower. They did give us 125 back for the inconvenience.
