Lower Level - equipped with an 8-person dining table and two lounge chairs. Spend late nights around the custom-built outdoor firepit with bench swings.
Main Level - a wrap-around porch complete with a gas grill, gas fire pit, and open-air hot tub. There is also a bench swing, two rocking chairs, and four lounge chairs on this level.
Upper Level - private balcony (master bedroom) with seating area and beautiful mountain views.

The basement game room features a Ms. Pac-Man arcade, shuffleboard, air hockey, an electric fireplace, a mini fridge, and a cozy lounge space with a sectional couch, a smart TV, and streaming services. It’s the perfect hangout for family and friends, complete with direct access to the outdoor deck.

With 4 full bedrooms plus one sleeping loft, this spacious cabin is the perfect setup for an extended family or a group of friends.
Bed 1 - King - A 2nd-level master private ensuite with shower and bathtub. Also includes a private screened-in balcony for morning coffee and mountain views. Amenities include a Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, streaming capabilities, a large closet, and Pack n Play.
Bed 2 - Queen - optional private ensuite. Located off the kitchen and has access to the main level porch. Includes a large smart TV, streaming services, and a closet for storage. The ensuite bathroom can also open up to the kitchen.
Bed 3 - Queen - Lower Level - optional ensuite with shower/tub combo and direct access to the lower deck. The bathroom is also accessible to the common area.
Bed 4 - Loft Area - Queen Bed located just outside the master suite, keeping you part of the action as you look over the main level.
Bed 5 (Detached Carriage House) - A separate apartment over the garage with a Queen Bed and a full ensuite bathroom. It is self-contained with its own Keurig and private porch to enjoy your coffee or wine, which makes for a great mother-in-law suite or overflow space.
*All Bedrooms, except for the loft bed, have their own bathroom and open up directly to a porch with seating area.

The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for a large family holiday meal. It includes (but not limited to) all the required flatware (knives, forks, spoons), dinnerware (plates and bowls), Cookware (baking sheets, baking pans, mixing bowls), extra kitchen knives, pots and pans and more. Grab your morning coffee from the Keurig Single-Serve or the 12 cup regular drip. There is also a toaster, measuring utensils, wine glasses, plastic glasses, amblender, a hand mixer, a crockpot and more. The oven/stove is an induction range that boils water in minutes and the entire oven can be used as an air fryer.
When it comes time to enjoy your meals or drinks, you can cozy up to the 8-person dining table, grab a seat at the kitchen island (seating for two), or head to the terrace level porch and enjoy outdoor dining at the large 8-person table.

The main-level living room is located next to the open concept kitchen and dining area. It features a cozy stone fireplace, a smart TV with streaming services, a leather couch, and additional seating including poufs and patterned chairs. ✹ We are a Pet-Friendly Home. Each dog accepted will have a $100 pet fee per stay. Your Pet Must Be Listed On Your Reservation or You Will Be Charged an Additional Pet Fee Upon Arrival
✹ There is a strict neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00PM - 6:00AM. A $500 fine will be assessed for any noise complaints received from the HOA.
✹ Firewood - Guests are responsible for bringing/providing their own firewood. Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to provide some as hosts.
✹ We provide a good start of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/pods, sugar/creamer, laundry/dishwasher pods and some essentials. Be aware that you may need to buy more, depending on your length of stay.
