- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- No pets allowed. Owner may occasionally allow pets on an exception basis. If allowed a pet fee of $150/per pet will apply.
- As per county ordinance a MAXIMUM of FOUR CARS are allowed to be parked in the driveway at any given time.
- PLEASE NOTE that a signed renters agreement is required upon booking. In addition, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay.
