"The place was dirty, first room smell like cigarettes and there was a hole in wall, I didn’t know I was in hood the way the room smell like also. First time coming to Houston and I thought it was a nice hotel and it was not. I didn’t even stay at all and got catfish by the “nice pictures”."

"Room- not inspected properly: sink stopped up (we just arrived & mom washed her hands and water never drained) refrig not cold : had to use a coin (dime) to turn to cold: a/c not blowing cold air: maintenance arrived : use chemicals to unclog the sink (hair not ours- we have barber cuts) new refrigerator ..."

Sonesta Simply Suites Houston – NASA Clear Lake
"Awful place to stay. Roaches crawling in the beds and all over the bathrooms. Very poverty place. Management knew this was an existing issue! Friendly staff. But roaches all over the rooms."
