"Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber eine Grand Suite erhalten, was uns sehr freute. Das Zimmer (Wohnung) war entsprechend gross. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick von der Terrasse über Pool, Lugano und bis zumSee. Das Hotel ist eher alt, jedoch alles in gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist ..."
