"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"We had a mixed experience at this hotel. We called the hotel to get a shuttle pickup in the afternoon after landing and the shuttle never showed up so we ended up boarding the airport shuttle bus which had a drop off not too far from the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and food was good and the wait staff were attentive. Our room was fine for an overnight stay and we slept well. "I arrived just before midnight and was upgraded to a room with big bed. As usual the breakfast was excellent and my first day in Milano began with a smile!"

"The hotel was fine but in an industrial area,with nothing around. The hotel had no food or drink available till 7 PM so we took the shuttle back to the airport. There is a designated spot to pick up the shuttle. Trying to get back to the hotel at 8 PM, was a huge issue. We met another couple that were also trying to get a shuttle back to the hotel and we all waited over 40 minutes. We kept calling the hotel and kept being told “ it was on the way” ( hotel is 7 minutes away) but it never showed....

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"Stayed at MO.OM Hotel recently and overall had a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One thing to note is that the hotel is not very close to the train station, so you will likely need to get an Uber or taxi which can cost around €22 or more depending on the time and location. There also aren’t many shops or places nearby, so we had to go to the nearby Iper shopping centre to buy snacks and essentials. The spa was lovely,...

"La habitación estaba limpia, solo que tenía un olor muy particular, como si hubieran colocado recientemente pintura, al no haber personal en la recepción fue difícil solicitar un cambio. El desayuno bueno y basto."
