We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the bedsheets had visible stains, which was extremely off-putting. When we tried to contact the front desk to request clean linens and extra towels, the phone in our room didn’t work, so we had to physically go downstairs to ask in person. Even after doing that, the towels we requested were never brought to our room.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the advertised airport transportation. Unfortunately, this was also a letdown. The shuttle was overbooked, and we were packed in so tightly that some of us had to sit on top of each other just to fit. The driver began accelerating before passengers had a chance to sit down, causing a few people to nearly fall.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, unresponsive service, and chaotic transportation made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
