"The house was really nicely appointed and cozy. We had everything we needed and more, they really thought of everything and we appreciate that. It was very well decorated and a beautiful location on the lake. We enjoyed staying there a lot. The main issue was it was right off of the road and we had brought our dog so we didn’t have anywhere to let her explore as we worried about cars. It is about a 40 minute drive to Wisconsin Dells and in a very quiet area. I’m sure lovely to sit by the fire...

"This was our second time staying at the cottage on Montello Lake. The cottage is clean and comfy and the location is perfect! This is one of the best stocked vacation rentals that we have ever been to, and the owner is very responsive. The cottage is close to downtown Montello where you'll find some little shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery store. We always stop to have lunch at Oyster Crackers in Montello when we visit. They have the best homemade soups and sandwiches. We will be back again!...

"We loved our stay at the property! We came to stargaze and were not disappointed--we had a clear night and could see a trillion stars because there was very little light polution. The property is beautiful, and we were thrilled to be able to walk the goats on our last morning. They're just like dogs!"
