"We had got room service, ordering supper after a long drive and it arived hot and fast. Valete parking was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend staying there. The only issue is dealing with the trafic to get in when its busy, but everything is in walking distance once you are there. "

"Everything was clean and safe here. I could tell the staff did a good job cleaning the room before my arrival. The only thing I would say was lacking was the breakfast in the morning. Breads, cereal and parfait was really the only option. Would have been nice to have some eggs/sausage/bacon/hashbrown options. A good stay otherwise!"

"HORRIBLE end to our stay. We only slept in the room and when we woke up the next morning, we were shaking the covers to make sure nothing was left behind, we found BLOOD ON OUR DUVET! It wasn’t a stain. It was unwashed BLOOD. When shown to staff they immediately said “im not able to deal with this a manager comes at 2” I asked for them to call me and I have yet to receive a call. I’m absolutely disgusted and will never step foot here again! "

"We stayed here to attend a concert at U.S. Bank stadium. Perfect walking distance! The room was clean, the decor was charming, and the staff was very nice! We loved the coffee shop for breakfast - great selection and reasonably priced. The only "complaint" would be the recommended parking ramp. It was very complicated to enter in the morning - all the outside doors were locked. $37 to park overnight is a bit pricey. We would stay here again!"

"Construction right by hotel so it’s noisy even at 3am work is done. Milk for breakfast was spoiled. Charge $30 for parking when you can park there normally for $15. Weird smell in rooms. Wouldn’t recommend. "

"First the negatives: I found some of the front desk staff to be inattentive and rude. Some of the desk staff were not communicative, did not explain check-in or checkout, or even that we would need to scan our keycards in the elevator to go up to our floor. No room service of any kind. Ugly lobby and staff didn’t greet us at any time coming or going. Now the positives: clean room, full kitchen in the room to buy meals and bring them back to the room, decent WiFi, comfortable beds. I wouldn’t...
