"Booked for one night while attending a concert at the Arena. Clean comfortable room which could do with a little TLC, but a very comfortable bed. Had food in the bar which was good if not a little expensive, breakfast was good and well organised. We will stay here again on any subsequent visits to the Arena. A little note, the postcode took us about a mile in the wrong direction but we soon found our way. "

"No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! "

"Nice stay, lovely hotel, pleasant staff. Only downside did not like the full length mirror opposite toilet in bathroom. Bath over shower was not suitable for husband to get in or out of, so he could not use it and I even struggled. (Had we known it would be this set up I would have asked for a shower only room) "

"Staff were very helpful when I first arrived. My schedule changed and I arrived three or four hours before I was due to check in and they found me a room and allowed me to go up to it early. Very helpful and saved me a few hours wandering around in the rain! I am very grateful."
