"No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! "

"We stayed at don valley hotel because we were picking our son up to bring back to Carlisle we had a drink in the bar and everyone was so friendly and welcoming we met a few regulars Nev what a lovely bloke we spent a few hours talking to him and learning a thing or two and even got us to buy a bottle of the famous Hendersons relish from behind the bar to say we will be back is a definite yes absolutely cracking place and the car park was secure too "

My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00 Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poor"
