"This is a beautiful historic property in downtown Rochester New Hampshire. I really enjoyed my stay and my room was super nice. My only complaint is that they have either rubber or plastic sheets to protect the mattress on the bed and that makes for a very hot and sweaty night. Did not sleep well for that reason, otherwise everything else was fantastic!"

"Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times before it emptied, continuous running. The 2 chairs in the room were extremely old and had no cushion to say, very uncomfortable. No elevator on our side of the building, only on the side that had suites. The crew could not keep up with keeping enough breakfast items out as they consistently looked out of items that were in the cupboards below. The pillows were terrible. "The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity. "Homewood’s Inn & Suite is a very nice, well-maintained, & friendly staff. I stayed for two nights for an out of town wedding. The check-in and check-out process were easy and seem less. My room was roomy and clean with all the necessities included. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of food.
