"The staff was terrible I paid 30$ extra for early check in when we arrived at 3:00 they said our room wasn’t ready told them I paid 30$ for early check in the man at the desk said oh that’s not a thing.. ???? So my husband and I sat for 40 MINUTES in the lobby and waited it was 4:30 my husband did not want to wait any longer asked for a refund we can just go home and that’s when they said oh your room is ready.?What I believe happened is the man gave our room away to another guest cause I booked...

"Totally worth it for the money. Had a pleasant experience.
The room has a funk to it, the hallways too. The wallpaper is peeling. There's some dead grout in the shower. I got used to it very quickly, though. It was spacious and well cleaned, just not well maintained so there's only so much the cleaning can do.
Sometimes the key cards to the room stopped working, but the staff got it working again right away.
Couldn't hear noise from the other rooms, but I could from the hallway."

"Great hotel. Location is perfect for walking to bars & restaurants. Had nice breakfast options in the morning. Nice fitness center with plenty of cardio machines & free weights. Staff was very nice & accommodating. The rooms were big, clean, & full of amenities. The only downfall is parking. There is a garage a block away. You can pull up front to unload. Make sure you bring your parking ticket & the hotel will validate it & it will then only cost $10 per night. "
