For many years, our flat house - here in Mölten on the high plateau between Bolzano and Merano - has brought us new joys and many wonderful hours with our holiday guests.

The "Bolzano" holiday flat is an attic flat and consists of a spacious living/bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, corner bench, pull-out double sofa bed, shower, WC, hairdryer, soap dispenser, flat-screen TV, safe, Internet access (free fibre optic cable network) and south-facing balcony/covered roof terrace with a wonderful view of the south of South Tyrol and the Adige Valley (equipped with chairs and dining table).
Kitchenette with two hobs, extractor bonnet, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, dishwasher; crockery, all cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee and espresso machine available.
Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided and are included.
The 28 m² apartment can accommodate between 2 and 4 people (3rd and 4th person up to 14 years).



The TRATTER flat house has a beautiful south-facing terrace that can be used by all guests.
A beautiful playground with sandpit and a garden will delight you and your children.
Barbecue facilities in the garden.
All parking spaces are directly at the house and are free of charge.
The bus stop (direction Bolzano and Merano) is only 200 metres from the house.

Sustainable holidays
"In the midst of nature and with nature" is how we want to live sustainability.
Hot water is partly generated by solar panels. Electricity can also be generated during the day by a photovoltaic system on the outbuilding.
Waste separation has been a matter of course for us for years. In this way, we try to be a little closer to nature.

Our Haus Tratter is located in the heart of South Tyrol. The very sunny village of Mölten is situated on a plateau between Bolzano and Merano at 1130 metres above sea level.
Surrounded by meadows and forests, you have a unique view
view of the surrounding mountains of the Dolomites and the Ötztal Alps.
Our flat house is the starting point for a variety of hikes, walks, mountain tours, Nordic walking, mountain bike tours, etc.
Relax, unwind and put your feet up in the garden, with a good book on a lounger or on the balcony with a view of the beautiful mountain scenery.
A gem where you can really feel the power of nature. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and recharge your batteries...

HIKING PARADISE
With a multitude of signposted hiking trails and a well-branched network of alpine pastures and huts for refreshments, the Tschögglberg offers wonderful conditions for beautiful hikes ranging from leisurely to moderately challenging.
The sunny high plateau of the Tschögglberg comprises the municipalities of Hafling, Vöran, Mölten and Jenesien and is part of the Sarntal Alps. The largest larch meadow in Europe, the Salten, is particularly worth seeing here.

MOUNTAIN BIKE PARADISE
The Tschögglberg / Salten is certainly one of the most beautiful biking areas in South Tyrol. The sunny plateau offers biking enjoyment from an altitude of around 600 metres. Nevertheless, tours with an altitude difference of up to 2000 metres are also possible. We will be happy to advise you on tours and options.
A specially locked bike garage is available for your (e) mountain bike
An e-bike hire shop is just 200 metres away, where guided bike tours are also offered.

Our region is considered the origin of the Haflinger horses.
There are a number of riding stables in the neighbourhood.
