"Actually was pleasantly surprised. 3-year-old Hotel very good facilities overall excellent service food was better than expected and prices were reasonable especially at happy hour. Pool area was nice, clean, well kept. Really not a bad thing to say at all. Good place to come for families or just couples. We found time where there weren't kids everywhere and other times we enjoyed watching them play as well"

"This hotel seems to be relatively new, so the new build smell was nice to walk in to. The staff is courteous and eager to help. Breakfast had a bunch of options and was decent, overall. Beds were small, but comfortable enough. They have convenient Tesla and EV charging on site at no additional charge. Huge feature and very much appreciated! "

"Rooms were terrific. I would say they were the best my wife and I have ever stayed in for the price. Plus breakfast staff and food was excellent. Next time we are in Medford we absolutely know where we will stay. "

"The mattress was a little worn. Not obvious unless you tear your bed apart looking for bedbugs before committing for the night. I like for there to be a mix of dining options, which there were here. Fast food for those who like that. I chose atmospheric dining myself, the Luna Mexcan restaurant. I just wish more places had late night dining - I had to work till 8:00, meaning i had to scramble to get to the restaurant before it closed. "

"The room is clean. It's quiet here, so far. The lady who checked me in was very nice. She gladly gave me a fork when my take-out order didn't come with flatware. The property is dated. The plugs to charge my phone don't work. Very frustrating since I didn't bring an adapter. "

"Clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was small but it has everything you need for an overnight stay. Easy to get to the airport and several dining options available nearby. Front desk was closed when we checked out so had to text when we left. I would definitely recommend. "

"I've got Health Problems — which makes Climbing Stairs a HUGE PROBLEM (my BLOOD PRESSURE DROPS DANGEROUSLY LOW, when I have to use any stairs), and I was given a Room, on the Top Floor (and there was NO ELEVATOR, on the Premises.) All of my future Reservations, from this point forward, will be for the Main Floor (unless I know, in advance, that they have an Elevator.)"
